Basically, the people Fiona takes care of are known as the Capitarians. They're basically people who are, from birth, destined to stay in this young-looking for their lives. They're very weak. They can't use magic, they don't have superhuman strength, and their arms/legs can cease to function properly when used too much. They're so weak they can just mostly lie on the bed. Somehow, they survived. Maybe relying on other species' kindness is how.
At least Lunar got used to the new language now.
as for Lunar, she discovered her new power... kinda. She could run REALLY fast. Like a car... but... she often stumbles! It's so hard to control!
Basically, this world is wacky, when you make an intention to take a step, the world moves you a bit forward, but as it turns out, it only requires a thing that the world sees as a foot. And... you can have hundreds of these on your feet. So, this becomes completely broken as she basically takes hundreds of "steps" in one actual step. Moreover, her strength follows similar phenomena. The world also doesn't consider the reaction force when you "grab" something, which means basically, you could grab something, thrust it forward, release it, ride it, grab it, thrust it forward, and now you can go at a speed. And as it turns out, the claws also work with this system... even though the claws are attached to her body, they can be considered "detached" some of the time. And Lunar's claw is simply hidden in her hand!
"What a wacky world!" Lunar would say.
"Yes, the world is wacky. For example, this is how my mana works. Basically, when a fire burns, and so on, something disappears, but the world wants to preserve its mass, though poorly, so it forms mana, and this mana can be used to conjure water and so on, and it either provides mass or energy, though imperfectly, then, it is technically a liquid. What if we have a glass of water, and we divide it in two, we got two glasses each half full right? But what if the glass contains the minimum amount of water the world could count? Well, basically, you divide the water in half, and the world rounds back up." Fiona would explain.
"Oh, I see. This world is so wacky."
Lunar would then spend a few months practicing her magic.
She would do some shopping for Fiona. There are lots of items needed to feed the Capitarians. They need food, meat, etc... and they're sold, but how did the meat come? Well, without many critters, the elves decided to conjure them and sell them! And other species buy them.
Lunar would also speak with some Capitarians. She understands their weakness, and has made a wish to one day help them.
