WORTH A TRY

Zed and Laura shared glances at each other as both of them were confused what the next topic should be. She wasn't sure what the answer should be but he looked confident enough which she hasn't seen in most of her clients. What work could he be doing apart from this that he is so rich and well maintained? Laura knew she was one of the most successful business woman out there at her age.

She was impressed by the way he talked and by the way he maintained the pace which no one usually does. Everyone would usually be a hurry to finish off the deal and run away because all they aim for is money or maybe a credit by signing a deal with her. Zed seemed to take time and show her all sides of him, especially the witty side as well as his word play. 

"Are you perhaps new to the field?" She asked flipping the papers of the document again and again.

"Maybe? I like to keep my identity low." He grinned before getting up and walking to the other side.
