Noah drove back to Jeff because he was concerned about them and some how he had the thought that Kristen and Seijun may get to them. He felt responsible enough to baby sit than and he was also worried if Lia would tie hands with them as Kristen was her friend. Lia is considerate but she gives more importance to the facts rather than the emotions and other factors which includes the feelings. Even though Kristen is on the bad side, she may consider the fact that he is the Beta who is stronger than others.
