"Do you possibly knew something about our son's changed in attitude?" Ning Jia eying her husband whom leisurely reading his papers while sipping on his coffee.
Li Hui paused and looked up at his wife that stood in front of his mahogany table with folded arms, tensed.
"Sit down first and drink your tea," he pointed at the seat across him.

Li Hui gazed at his wife pointedly and Ning Jia begrudgingly planted her bums on the chair and sipped on her tea in a couple of seconds.
"Satisfied?" She glared at him, unamused by his lack of interest in the topic.
Li Hui put down his papers and took another sip of his coffee. "No. I only knew as much as you do. He never told me anything other than what he disclosed to us that day."
Ning Jia skeptically eying her husband, gauging either he lied to her or not. Yet she did not perceived any lies from his eyes and body language.
