Ethan's POV:
I was so annoyed that I skipped lunch because I didn't want to see Madelyn with someone else. I'm not sure, and I'm not sure I understand myself. I made a promise to myself that I would avoid her and never approach her again. I also solved the problem between the two of us, but I didn't tell her because I knew she wouldn't want to see me.
"Brother, you've been smoking all the time." I watched as Carmel covered her nose because of the smoke coming from me.
"I can't help it," I said while staring at the sea.
She rolled her eyes. "I don't know what happened to you. You already told us to stop smoking, then here you are," She said in a serious voice.
When I spotted Madelyn with the man, I didn't look at her and instead glanced at the water. I blew smoke and watched her surf while wearing a seductive bikini. I had no idea she was intelligent and talented.
"Wow," Carmel said while also looking at the sea. "Is that ate Madelyn?" She asked.
