Mr Lancaster

Mr Lancaster the CEO of the Lancaster group of company was known to be a man of few words. He was a ruthless business man who never tolerates mistakes from anyone. No one knew the initial source of income, but most people often whispered that it was probably wealth won on a gambling table. He inspired fear in everyone who dared cross paths with him. Even his children were not an exception. Rumour had it that the death of his wife had made him even more cold over the passing years.

He was known to love all his children equally, the only exception being Tobin. Although no one could prove this, or explain it, but it was there.Tobin was the only son he always took along with him to La Masia De casin. Tobin was the product of a bet made in that casino but unlike Sharon, Tobin has been with him from birth.

As he lay on his bed thinking about the events of the last few days. The thought of Tobin came into his mind. But he didn't want to think about it. He quickly switched his thought to Sharon.

The girl reminded him of his late wife. He quickly sat up on his bed when that thought crept into his mind. The blue eyes and the long unpacked hair reminded him of her.

He still vividly remembered how his wife always refused packing her hair or making ponytails. She always insisted she liked her hair resting on her shoulders. He made up his mind to ask Sharon to pack up her hair so he would see her reaction.

He decided to call Mr Oberon Huffington.

Mr Huffington was the only friend of Mr Lancaster. He was the only one who dared to argue with him, and also the only person he talks with outside his family. Many say they have been friends since when they were teenagers, but the casino had actually brought them together. He placed a call to him.

The phone rang three times but there was no response. Mr Lancaster couldn't help feeling frustrated since he really was in need of someone to talk to at that moment.

Right on that dinner table it had felt like his wife Arden was on the table with them.

He was restless on his bed he kept moving from one edge of the bed to the other. He didn't know why Sharon's presence made him feel that way.

Immediately he started hearing voices outside the mansion. People were running around and shouting. He didn't understand anything so he decided to go outside.

What he saw made his heart skip a beat.

Sharon was lying on the floor. Everyone was staying far away from her as if she was having a contagious diseases. Only Tobin was standing close to her. He was trying to lift her up.

"What is going on here?" He asked as he hurried towards them.

"We have no idea. She just fainted."

"Call the doctor immediately." he ordered, but

they could hear the fear in his voice as he rushed forward to assist Tobin in carrying her.

Tobin was very worried especially as she was with him and had eaten from his Rhubarb pie.

He was not allowed to eat Rhubarb pie in the house and that was why he had gone outside to eat it.

By this time both Shaw and Dane had come out of the mansion. They assisted in carrying Sharon inside and she was placed on her bed. Mrs Williams sat beside the bed observing her since no one else knew what to do.
