"How can you tell a person what you feel about that person if you can't muster any strength to swallow your pride just to say what you want to say?" That was the question Vin Santos kept asking himself. Still he wasn’t sure on how to do that. He never experienced that feeling before. Since that start of high school, he always got caught up in different criminal cases. But on the last year of high school, things would change. He never thought he'd be off track. He can't sing when he want to. He became deaf and is now having a hard time following the beat. The tunes and lyrics are now disconnected. He can't remember the songs he sung, and he realized “I’ve lost my music”.

Chapter 27

Vin's POV

I was about to enter the room when a thought suddenly crossed my mind.

"What could the girls be doing right now…"

I returned downstairs and went to where the girls were staying. As I reached the landing of the stairs, I saw Julia at the hallway leaning forward on the balcony. She seems to be observing the people outside the building. I started making my way to her and stopped beside her.

"Hi Julia, why are you outside?"

Julia Pentavio, 16 yrs. old, she's part of Chichay and Hiromi's group along with Prima and Liza.

"The air here is cooler than inside." Julia

"True."

"How about you? Why are you outside?" Julia

"Ah, I was just about to go to where you and the other's are staying."

"Then should we head inside?" Julia
