"What you did was unacceptable. Are you even thinking at all?" Camila blurted out, her voice tight with anger as she faced the man in the office chair.
Kevin, a scar etched across his face, chuckled at her outburst. "Come on, Camila, do you still love him after all these years?" he asked, disbelief dripping from his words.
Camila sighed, sinking into one of the guest chairs. "Was that even necessary? You almost hurt him!" she continued, her frustration evident.
Kevin's temper flared. "I did what was necessary. Why can't you see that?"
But Camila remained unmoved, her expression unchanged. She was upset that Kevin had attacked one of Liam's spots without informing her. Even though she hated Liam for breaking her heart and marrying another, she still cared for him and didn't want any harm to come to him.
"You're being unreasonable right now," she said, crossing her arms as if she didn't care about his reaction.
