Horsepower

Pills, a name easy to say isn't it? Well at least Hulsik can remember the name as for what they are, the old man thinks it's just some drinkable antidote.

Well he isn't exactly far off, except no one would be popping bottles anytime soon.

OCD pills can't be found in the forest for obvious reasons, so someone has to go in the city to get them.

Being the one who was used the most around humans, living amongst them for over a hundred years actually, Hulsik has chosen to seek these pills alone.

But since he can't really find pills if storming in the city as a 4 meter tall werewolf, Hulsik has to turn human. This type of effort should be respected, as he hasn't been human for over 3 centuries!

Tim gave a bit more detail regarding where to find pills, usually they can be found in pharmacies and Tim uses a specific pill name. Thankfully Hulsik can read so this will make finding the pills a lot easier.

As for payment... well enough humans have walked in the forest up until this point, so Hulsik managed to snatch a lot of wallets or equipment any time humans were killed or chased off in his territory.

He has a few wallets full of cash and is prepared to give them all for the sake of getting as many of these 'pills' as possible.

Once transforming into a human and walking out of the forest, the old man can't help thinking the same thing over and over. "My boy lost an eye... I can't risk him losing his mind as well."

That thought kept him going, it brought the man out of the forest and into civilization again. But there is one thing he forgot to consider, being a werewolf all these centuries has striped him out of clothes.

But thankfully, aiding to fight away the strongest points of nudity, is his long beard that stretches all the way down to the knees, gold by colour.

The length and colour represent the werewolf level he has achieved, although at the moment a human.

The wrinkles on his face decipher an old age, even these all powerful werewolves age apparently, immortality isn't by their side.

However, his physique doesn't befit the picture of an old man. Although his back curled, the rest of his body is equal to that of a middle weight boxer.

As for the clothing problem, he just snuck out of the forest and now it's the break of dawn, there aren't exactly enough people around to see him naked.

Even better, there is a house about half a kilometer away and Hulsik can see a flash of red floating above ground, this can only portray a cloth line.

That's where humans tie a string on one tree and stretch it to the other, making a fine place where wind can blow the dampness out of clothes.

Finally reaching it, the red coloured cloth that captured his vision seems to be a simple shirt, but Hulsik is used to seeing these due to all the equipment that was left behind in the forest.

Near the shirt there are a pair of blue jeans, well they look good enough although not his taste. Putting them on, it took a bit of getting used to how these clothes meet and scratch the skin.

But hey at least now he looks hip and fresh!

...

Finally breaching the city, walking quite a few miles searching for the name 'pharmacy', the changes around here are most definitely leaving the man breathless.

The buildings are so tall and there are so many people around early morning, one thing particularly interesting are all the cars that started appearing out of nowhere.

It's interesting how they move, Hulsik has spent an hour trying to figure out how it works and came to a final conclusion that tiny horses are hidden in them.

There weren't exactly cars over 300 years ago, horse drawn wagons yes but cars no.

Walking near a store, Ulsik sees a tall man yapping about his car having 2,000 horsepower, this early in the morning.

Stopping by, the old man can see that this youngling is trying to impress some ladies, well the rich did that a lot in his time.

But Hulsik senses a lie and can't help walking forward and pointing it out. "Stop lying son, even the richest can't own 2,000 horses."

Glaring at the old man, as if looking in disgust, the tall millennial utters. "I don't need to own horses old man, I have a car. You look hip, dyed your beard yellow even, why don't you understand what horsepower means?"

"Hmmm I see..." Hulsik utters and walks away, sitting on a bench for the sake of relaxing.

"Ladies, let me treat you with a coffee, should open your eyes before working." The tall man offered and they walked away from the car.

Taking a good look around, with no human walking by here since most are in their cars and following one lane, Hulsik sneaks towards the parked car and squats down.

Transforming his palm only into that of a werewolf's, Hulsik runs his claw across the car's side, unleashing quite a screeching tone but thankfully winning no attention.

Walking away without an eye witness lending an eye, Hulsik utters. "Let the horses fix that."

...

Finally finding a place that spells out 'pharmacy', the old man walks in, waits in line and explains. "I need these pills for OCD, see they are named..."

Giving out the name, the lady listening him out, asks. "Oh do you have a prescription or do you buy them privately?"

"I don't know what a prescription is but here is some cash." Afterwards he pulls out the wallets from his pockets and starts yanking money out of them.

Shocked at the plenty of hundred dollar bills, the lady working here asks. "Sir, this is too much money. How many boxes do you want? Each box has 20 pills."

"Oh I need a lot, I'm an old man and can't get out that often. How many boxes can all this money get me?" Well it is kinda true, he can't get in the city too often considering where he lives.

Pulling the money on her side, the young lady answers. "Let me count the money first, but with these you can buy pills that will last you for years."
