Adrian sat on his bike and wore his helment

"one for you" he said as he gave Violetta another helment and she climbed on

"so where are you two going"

"none of your business James" violetta snapped and Adrian turned on the bike and zoomed off

Kai and lika were roasting the chicken that Kai brought

"so you took it from your kitchen" Lika said smiling "they bore me with what they always cook"

"well why don't you visit me someday, and I'll cook something nice for you" and he laughed heartily "can you cook"

"of course..i do help the maids in the kitchen"

"your better..my little sister can't boast of boiling water" kai said and lika laughed

"the next time I see her, I'll tell her what you just said"

"you don't need to" they looked at the direction and saw kara standing there

"kara I did not.."

"yeah yeah..to insult me..I'll show you that I can cook better than you" she walked towards them

"who brought the chicken" they both pointed at each other "I don't get"

"kai brought it"

"no, lika did"

"kai, stop lying..you brought it"

"how do you expect a prince to steal from the kitchen" kara sat down

"really" the two girls said and he nodded

"Ok that's fine..since he's not ready to talk, we'll both eat it and Kai will watch" "why would you do that..do you know what I want through to get something as big as that"

"Gotcha" the two girls chorused

"you've always hated me" Kara said and smiled

"and like me" lika said and her phone started ringing "who's that " kara asked

"my ex boyfriend..he almost raped me yesterday but thanks to an enemy of mine, he didn't"

"lika, can I talk to you for a while" kara asked

"sure" they stood up and walked away

BACK TO ADRIAN AND VIOLETTA

"so where are we going baby" violetta asked

"where do you want to go"

"hmmmmmm..let's go have some fun at the beach" "what if we go to the zoo"

"Adrian..that's not romantic..we'll just be looking at animals"

"and after that we can spend 3days together in a hotel, just the both of us"

"Ok settled" he zoomed off

RESTAURANT

they picked a seat beside the window

"are you two still like this huh" alona asked looking at debby and Calvin "I'm not angry"

"neither me" Calvin said

"what can we do to help those two..they don't like each other, that's one issue" alona said

"lika dosent hate Adrian, she's trying to be his friend..but he so much detest her" debby said

"one more problem, I don't know Adrian so well..he prefers talking to his granny than me" alona said

"same to lika..she hides a lot from us..she only shares her trouble with my mother" Calvin said

"my mom supports every bad and good thing he does..if I scold him, it makes no sense to him but if it's my mom, he'll be as gentle as a dove" alona said

"is that the next thing on your list Calvin" alona asked

"my mom and yours are old enough to handle the situation alona" Calvin said to alona and debby smiled

"we can't tell them the real situation on ground, it will distabilize Adrian and lika" Debby said

"maybe we should just try to bring peace among them" alona said

"why are you two disturbing yourself" Calvin asked

"lika is involved here Calvin"

"I know..lika is 20, Adrian is 23 and they are old enough to know what they want..lika is the chosen one..ok I won't argue about that..she's bonded with Adrian..if they are destined to help each other, later they'll become friends" debby and alona watched as calvin summoned the waitress

"kai has a twin brother, his name is Adrian" Kara said to lika "Ive met him.. he's the opposite of Kai when it's comes to attitude" Kara nodded in agreement

"do you know his mom"

"yeah, big mummy alona"

"but her name is Alyssa" lika looked confused for a minute and then she remembered "I once heard when old ma paris called her Alyssa"

"she has a diary and I want you to have it lika..if my dad has been hiding secrets from us then he won't be happy that I've found out about the real mother of kai" lika looked at kara "where is it" kara bent down and started digging the ground "what are you doing" lika asked

"the book is here lika" lika joined in the digging

"what are you two doing, the roasting is done already" they stood up

"kai we'll join you soon" lika said and he nodded

"Ok I'll leave you two" he said and left

"we need to dig fast"kara said and they bent to continue digging

Adrian bought a candy for violetta and they were looking at the animals

"I love monkeys"

"v..if we stay here too long, I'll devour an animal" violetta smiled

"I knew you would love this place"

"why won't I..my boyfriend brought me here" Adrian nodded

Gary entered Alwinas room and met her reading a novel on the bed

"Alwina, I'm the king and you're the queen" she looked at him

"Ok you want to talk...let's talk" she stood up and he could see what she was wearing

"yes we'll talk..why have you been avoiding me, your royal duties and the duties of a wife" she sighs

"kai and Kara are old enough to take care of them selves and more also, kai isn't yours"

"enough Gary" Alwina said angrily "you are worthless Gary, kai is old enough to know the truth about his mom..why are you like this"

"why should he know, he has a new mom.. and his mother is not something of worth" Alwina slapped him

"how dare you gary, how dare you..i knew Alyssa before she died..she was a lady of high prestige..the next time you say something bad about her, I'll kill you and tell kai everything"

"found it" Kara removed the book from the sand

"why is it so wrapped" lika asked

"I did it..so that it won't be soiled" kara said and she gave it to lika

"this is queen Alyssa's treasure" kara says "..she is now been call alona for security reasons as my mum once told me" lika said and Kara nodded, just then they heard a growling sound

"I don't know" they stood up and lika held the book tightly

"Come out stranger" LIKA shouted and a black wolf with a black eye came out of the trees, they shrieked

"the chosen..the cross mark" the wolf said

"what is he saying" kara asked "I don't know"

"I am here to destroy you all" Lika's heart was beating very fast and she was scared

"go away" kara shouted and as the wolf was about to pounce on lika, a voice shouted "back off" when they looked towards the direction of the voice, behold a white wolf with bright blue eyes stood there

"who are you"

"I said back off" the wolf threatened

"I am back and no one faces me" the girls stepped back as the wolves faced each other, before the black could attack, the white bit him and this weakened him

"he has been bitten" lika said looking at the white wolves eyes but couldn't feel connected. The evil spirit left the black wolf and they both ran off

"thank you" the girls shouted

"what happened here" they turned to see kai sweating profusely

"you alright kai" Kara asked

"yeah I'm ok..not really"

"why are you like this your sweat is black" Lika asked and kai scratched his head

"because of the smoke" kai looked at kara

"yeah I guess" kai agreed

"what smoke..oh yeah, roasting can be really stressful..and it emits a lot of smoke" lika asked

"you mean smoking the chicken" kai asked

"whatever" lika said and left

"do you know anything about me" kai asked kara

"your my brother..i should" Kara said and left

the waitress came to carry their plates away and debby heaved a sigh of relief

"yesterday, Adrian slapped lika" alona said "why would Adrian do such" Debby asked

"I don't know and I don't get him.. Lika is trying to be his friend but he's being resentful"

"Adrian is getting out of hand"

"geez you worry alot Debby" Calvin said

"why is all this not affecting you Calvin" alona asked

"because I was once like Adrian but Debby changed me"

"Adrian is worst" Debby said

"lika will change him" Calvin said and he drank his dry claret "I don't disturb my self over all this...you two worry a lot" just then a text message came into Alona's phone

"from Adrian" she picked up the phone to read "it says..sweetest mom, i won't be around for the next 3 days..love you"

"he's changed" debby said

"yeah..at least being with violetta will make him happy" alona said and Calvin scoffs

"3 nights you moron" violetta snapped

"sure" she collected Adrian's card, used it on the pos, handed it back with the keys

"room 115" she said smiling

"thank you" Adrian said and left

"now listen bitch..the next time you stare at my boyfriend like that, I'm gonna slit your throat" Violetta said and left
