"Yes madam Emby." Tobu popped in front of us and snapped his fingers. Some snacks and juices appeared between them.

"You can go Tobu. I will call for you if I need anything. "

"Okay madam Emby." and he popped away.

"Minerva, Dumbledore might ask you to go to his office. Just delay it for today as by tomorrow you will be sufficiently prepared." Minerva didn't understand anything but still nodded.

" I have some interesting ideas to make Dumbledore as well as Snape suffer. For that I want you to call a meating between all the teaching staff. That meeting will be held here in my office in 30 minutes. Can you do this?" Ela asked Professor McGonagall.

"Yes, it's easy.

Chinky! "

"What can Chinky do for madam minie."

"Chinky, tell all the new and old teaching staffs to meet me here in 30 minutes."

"Yes madam minie." Ela nodded as Chinky popped away.

"Now what I want you to do is to stop doing Dumbledore's work."

"huh? " Minerva tilted her head in confusion.

"Okay, tell me. How much time does Dumbledore spends really working for the position of headmaster? and If you stop doing his work, how much time daily he will have to spend? "

Seeing the look of realisation on Minerva's face, Ela continued.

"That's right. If you stop doing his work he will have to spend extra 3 hours daily doing his work. What I plan to do it make them really work rigorously instead of only enjoying the powers that come with those positions.

Let's drown him in work. Here we will start making trouble for him and even in ICW, he will have his workload increase several times."

Right as she finished speaking, her other wives also walked in followed by Flitwick, Sprout, Quirrell, Wilhelmina Grubbly-Plank, Bathsheda Babbling and madam Hooch . At last came Snape followed by Dumbledore.

"Madam Amberheart, may I know what this meeting is for?" Dumbledore asked directly.

"Headmaster Dumbledore, hello to you too. Please have a seat so that I can start this meeting."

"I dont have time for your stupid meetings, so make it fast." Snape commented rudely.

"I think you are misunderstanding something here snape. I did not request this meeting, I called for it. You do not have the option of not attending. So shut up or I can alway put you on a probation."

"Madam Amberheart, You can not do so. Only the board of governors have the right to do that" Dumbledore countered gleefully with a twinkle in his eyes.

"I knew you would try something like this. here is the statement that more that 50% of the votes are now held ministry for the duration of 7 years." Ela said showing the transfer of voting rights in a magical contract.

'Haha, this idiot thinks that you would not be prepared for this.

That's right. Ela had already prepared these when she first thought about coming to hogwarts. Afterall if even Lucius can make them do his bidding then how can they deny Ela.' Ela's wives laughed mentally at Dumbledore's reply.

Dumbledore turned serious and the twinkle also disappeared from his eyes.

"Severus, sit down. Let madam Amberheart proceed with the meeting."

"Good. So hello everyone. We will be working for the same goal from now on so if there is any issue related to students and their studies, you can put them in front of me.

Now let me be very blunt here. The quality of education that Hogwarts is providing to its students is so bad that we cant even compare to many 2nd rate magical institutions let alone to those at the top.

Ilvermorny, Castelobruxo, Uagadou, Mahoutokoro, Koldovstoretz. You name any top magical school and tell me if our students can ever compete with them on equal grounds. The answer is no.

So here are some instructions that I want you all to listen and follow strictly.

1. Cases of bullying must be stopped. Those are are found doing so must be punished strictly no matter who they are or from which house they belong to. If there is any grudges then the students of same or lower level can apply for a dual against those of same and higher levels to me or professor Bia.

This will also let the students know their levels and take their studies seriously.

If I find any, I repeat any professor patronising bullies then they will immediately be put on a probation.

2. The point system of Hogwarts is seriously flawed. From now on the point book will be daily audited. If I find someone misusing or not using this system there will be consequences.

3. A new magical book has been made for every staff. you will write an appraisal report on yourself at the end of every month. There must be atleast some degree of improvement in your teaching results compared to the month before. Reasonable flexibility will be allowed."

A red faced snape jumped from his seat. "You can not fault us if these brats are stupid."

"Professor Snape, You are all hired to teach these brats. If you cant do this then you can resign. Now sit down and dont interrupt me again."

Dumbledore pulled Snape to his seat and patted his shoulder to calm him down.

"4. Trouble students will be given 3 warnings and if they still do not start taking Hogwarts education seriously they will be suspended for 1 month. Like this someone can be suspended for a maximum of 3 times as the 4rth time they will be directly expelled. Again, reasonable flexibility will be allowed.

5. The student who gets maximum points awarded, will be handsomely awarded by Hogwarts.

6. The teacher who shows maximum average improvement in a year will also be handsomely awarded.
