The Prize

I stood on the prairie and equipped my gauntlets then smirked at Ataraxia and Mona. "I haven't seen you two in years. I wonder how much you've trained since then. I may have slacked off here and there, but as an Overlord we always grow stronger in and out of battle."

Ataraxia summoned her cross and the bottom of the cross on the ground. "We've been training day and night. I don't have any plans on going easy. If you want me as your loving wife, you're gonna have to prove yourself to me. Earn my love and affection."

"And I don't know how I would feel about an Overlord taking care of me. You could betray us at any moment!" Mona bellowed.

Kokoro watched and looked a bit nervous. "I don't know how this battle will go. Lady Ataraxia and Mona are two of the strongest in the Multiverse and Seraphim is literally the strongest Overlord to exist right now. This is a battle between Goddesses."

"I have high faith in Seraphim~ She hasn't let me down yet and you best believe I'm cheering for her!" Snowflake said. "Go Sera!"

Ishido held his arms and watched. He studied me, wondering how far the battle will go. "I'm already on the edge of my seat. Lady Ataraxia and Mona are Infinity Council Members, they are practically unmatched right now."

I looked at Ataraxia then put my hair in a ponytail. "Now I'm ready. Who wants to take their loss first?"

"Mama, allow me." Mona said then walked up with Venerus.

I looked at Mona and smirked. We both got into our stances and watched each other. I vanished then appeared behind Mona then went for the attack, but Venerus blocked the attack and Mona appeared on the side of me, slashing with her paintbrush. I dodged the slash then an invisible blow struck Mona's gut then she groaned. I grabbed her arm then flipped her over my shoulder then palmed Venerus's chest and blew her away.

"Come now, Infinity Council Member. Show me more power than THAT!" I taunted.

Mona grunted and stood up then her eyes shined. She dashed toward me and threw her paintbrush at me then warped to it and slashed in a circle. I dodged the slash then parried her next attack. As I went for a counter attack, Venerus appeared on my side then struck my face with a powerful punch. I was knocked away then recovered on my feet.

Mona painted clones of herself then they charged at me. I smirked and my eyes shined. I chuckled darkly then stomped on the ground and stone spikes emerged from the ground at Mona one by one. She dodged the last spike then gasped as I appeared behind her. I struck her back then sent her crashing to the ground.

Venerus caught her and took aim at me with her cannons then began to charge up. I looked at Venerus then scoffed.

"You think your attacks will faze me?" I asked.

"It will and it will HURT!" Venerus bellowed then fired two energy beams at me.

The energy beams got closer to my body and stopped before it hit me. Venerus and Mona looked surprised.

"This is like Miss Nagini's power..!" Mona said.

Venerus felt the distortions of the space around them then groaned as a force of energy blew them away. I appeared in front of them then slashed through Venerus and a vortex of slashes hit her body, sending her crashing to the ground at high speeds.

"Sera! Sera! Sera!" Snowflake cheered and clapped happily.

"She's grown a lot stronger since our last battle. She actually sat down and studied our ways of fighting and abilities. This is one villain I'm glad Hisumi spared." Ataraxia said and smiled as she watched. "But Mona is far from done."

Mona stood up and her eyes shined brightly then bellowed then her aura surged across her body. She closed her eyes and her hair changed to light pink and her eyes changed to a light blue color. She had transformed into her Super Form. She summoned a painting with the picture of Liao Ru on it then a copy of the Gem of Inferno appeared in front of her. She grabbed the gem and acquired the powers of the Ruler of Inferno.

"I've mastered my abilities and I can gather power from paintings and in this form...I have acquired Toon Force. You will be the first to experience such power. I will make sure you understand the difference between you and an Infinity Council Member!" Mona bellowed.

I chuckled and looked at Mona. "Show me."

Mona pointed her paintbrush at me then a massive fire beam was released from the tip of her paintbrush. I caught the beam with my hand which surprised Mona.

"But how? I made it so the beam would instantly defeat you! How did you defy the rules of Imagination?!" Mona asked.

I smirked. "It's because I am a Master of All, don't you realize how many Realms I have destroyed? How many Realm Creators I've killed? I've been in this exact situation before with a Realm named the Toon Realm. It was full of beings with Toon Force and soon I learned it myself!" I said then dropped an anvil created from my energy on her head.

Mona's eyes turned white then she reverted to her normal form and fell to the ground.

"Just like that...Mona is defeated. What is Seraphim truly capable of..?" Ishido asked.

"That's MY Seraphim!~" Snowflake said proudly. "I am still learning more about her myself but I do know something...She's not called the strongest Overlord without reason."

"Path to Victory is an unmatched skill wouldn't you agree, Seraphim." Ataraxia said then walked forward.

"After learning Hisumi had that ability, I had to teach it to myself by training with Flair in Esoria. I needed to become the strongest. I needed to be overpowered so the day I inevitably fight my brother..." I said and began to walk in a circle.

Ataraxia smirked and her eyes shined. "The day you fight Sephiran...Sephiran a dedicated follower of Terminus. Rumored to be the ultimate incarnate of Terminus because of his devotion to him. I've heard about your sudden change recently. Your attacks had completely stopped. Why do you not follow Terminus like the usual Overlord and Dark Lord would do?"

"He isn't my icon. I am a villain, but I am not a monster. He is a monster. An unremorseful tyrant like my brother. I've grown tired of killing innocent beings. I have obtained literally every original ability, gained infinite experience, obtained a Nigh-Complete Arsenal. I've become layers beyond Nigh-Omnipotence. I am literally a few notches away from becoming Omnipotent. If I become Omnipotent...I would be the only Overlord to reach such power without the use of the Key of Origin." I said.

"Your feats are applaudable. I must give you my respects. To face off against an Overlord of such power...It really gets my blood pumping!" Ataraxia said then got into her stance. "Now you face off against me in battle! Be warned, Seraphim, you will not have an easy win."

"I never planned to have an easy win." I said then stopped walking.

I dashed toward Ataraxia at high speeds then went straight for the attack. She dodged my attack then slashed with her spear, but I parried it and grabbed the spear. I pulled her toward me then struck her with a blow to the stomach. She groaned as she was knocked away. She landed on her feet and stumbled a bit. She threw her spear at me then dashed toward me.

I evaded the spear then parried Ataraxia's attack. After the parry, I went for a counter strike, striking her with a left hook then gave her several blows across her body at invisible speeds. I bellowed and kicked Ataraxia away then ran after her, I summoned three Calamity Soldiers to rush after her. Ataraxia watched the soldiers then her hair flashed a slight rainbow color.

"You haven't seen what I can truly do.." Ataraxia said then summoned her cross then released a massive rainbow beam at the Calamity Soldiers defeating them in one blow.

I dodged the beam then appeared behind her, going for the attack. She dodged the attack then elbowed my face, sending me flying backwards. She warped in front of my and grabbed my hand then pulled me to her just to blast me away with a beam of energy. I rolled backwards then recovered on my feet.

Ataraxia looked at me and smirked. "You were always interesting to me, Seraphim. You didn't require a Core to be this powerful. You didn't need help from any Supreme Deity to become this powerful. It is almost like your Origins comes from a Legend the Sovereigns told us after you left."

"Ahh yes...The Legend of the Omni Overlord? That Legend wasn't about me, but MY creators. That Legend was about my parents. You see...I never had these powers when I was born. My brother was the lucky one. I was born a mere low class demon." I explained.

"So why were you in that Legend?" Ataraxia asked.

"Because after I killed my parents for the abuse they put me through, I took their powers and rewrote my Origins." I said then smirked devilishly. "I rewrote my entire Realm's History. The Realm of Armagon."

Ataraxia seemed even more interested about me. "You became the the Supreme Deity of your own realm. No wonder you're so powerful. No wonder you gave Nagini and Hisumi a hard time. Your name...your power scales beyond any deity to ever exist. And you're not even at your full potential yet. Everything about you..."

I noticed Ataraxia had started to lose her gentle and serene composure. I rose an eyebrow and watched.

Ataraxia started laughing and her usual serenity aura became darker. She held her head as her Virtues began to turn into Vice. "Seraphim...For the longest time in my life...I have fallen in love again."

I smirked then got in my battle stance. "Ataraxia...you're finally showing your true nature. A Fallen Angel."

Ataraxia smirked and her hair turned black and her eyes shined an ominous gold color. "I am a Fallen Angel in truth. I don't like that I am, but that was the price for falling in love with another woman. A devil at that. I want...us to have the best battle. The battle I promised. Win or lose...I will still marry you."

I propelled myself toward Ataraxia then summoned my sword and my armor appeared on my body. "Then I shall give you a battle you'll remember as well!"

"The compassion I feel from both women. I've never seen Ataraxia be so genuine before. Normally I would be afraid that she's truly a Fallen Angel, but I'm happy she showed us." Ishido said.

Kokoro nodded and smiled. "Me too. There's something I really like about Seraphim. She reminds me of our mother.."

Ataraxia and I clashed multiple times then took flight to the sky. We bellowed and began to clash repeatedly in the sky then Ataraxia parried my attack then rapidly struck my body with succession. She knocked me down to the ground then flew after me. I chuckled then laughed and my dark aura surged across my body.

"More. More!" I bellowed and landed on my feet.

I dodged Ataraxia's attack then transformed into my Overlord Form. I flew toward her and kicked her in her stomach. The force of the kick caused the ground to crack then I sent her flying. I dashed after her then sensed Venerus's attack and dodged it.

"Oh you want more?! Fine I'll show you the ULTIMATE power!" I laughed then stopped running. I bellowed and my Divine Aura surged powerfully around my body. I summoned one of my best summons. "Ruler of Armagon, Armageddon, I summon you to battle in base form!"

A bolt of red lightning struck down then a man in a suit of black armor appeared. His cape flowed with the wind and he looked at Mona and Venerus.

"Deal with them while I go after my wife!" I commanded then flew off.

Armageddon looked at Mona then Venerus. He pointed his sword at them. "Prepare yourself."

Mona got into her stance then jumped up onto Venerus and shrunk herself then entered her suit. She began to type on the keyboard in the cockpit then slammed her hand onto the start button. "Venerus! Full Power!"

Venerus roared and her Divine Aura surged powerfully around her body. "Let us begin."

Armageddon and Venerus dashed toward each other then slashed at the same time. Their clash caused each other to recoil then Armageddon went for another, but Venerus parried the attack then countered with a powerful slice. Armageddon groaned as he was knocked backwards. Venerus flew toward Armageddon, chasing him down then went for a kick. Armageddon blocked the attack and palmed Venerus's chest. A burst of demonic aura came from Venerus's back then she fell onto one knee.

"Error...I can not compete with Armageddon..." Venerus grunted.

"What happened? How did he beat you with just one strike?" Mona asked.

Armageddon sheathed his sword and held his hand out. "It is because I was created by Miss Seraphim to be the strongest demon alive. My attack power is boundless."

Venerus took Armageddon's hand then he helped her stand up. "I see...Ataraxia seems to be holding her own against Seraphim."

"That's because Seraphim used Power Balance to balance her and Ataraxia's stats so they could have a battle they both can remember." Armageddon said. "In other terms, Seraphim is severely holding back."

Ataraxia and I struck each other blow for blow. She went for another punch, but I evaded it then struck her gut then kicked her away. I stomped my foot down then a rock pillar knocked her in the air. I snapped my fingers then a bolt of lightning struck Ataraxia back to the ground.

Ataraxia panted then slowly got up. "This...this is the battle I hoped for!"

She dashed toward me and went for another punch, but I caught her fist. She used her other fist, but I caught it as well.

"I can tell you're still holding your true power back!" I bellowed and hit her with a headbutt, sending her crashing into the rock pillar.

Ataraxia slowly stood up and her halo slowly turned black with a purple glow. Six black angelic wings emerged from her back then she bellowed and her transcendent energy exploded around her body. "Say hello, to my Primordial Form."

"Primordial Form. You sound just like a monster." I chuckled.

Ataraxia flew toward me and I dodged her attack then went for a crescent kick, but it phased through her body then she appeared behind me and kicked me away, firing four holy energy swords at me. I rolled forward and recovered then my eyes shined and a void appeared in front of me, sucking in the energy swords then the void closed.

I stood up and dashed toward her then she dashed toward me. We both went for the attack at the same time and I landed my strike while she missed hers. I sent her flying then she rolled backwards. She recovered then flew to the sky and bellowed.

"Let's finish this!" Ataraxia bellowed and her aura surged to the sky. She raised her arms and her eyes shined brightly.

"She's planning to end this!" Snowflake yelled and pointed at Ataraxia.

"Now take this! Trinity Storm!" She bellowed then threw her arms down and beams of demonic, holy, and divine energy began to rain down from the sky.

I rushed toward Ataraxia, dodging the beams of energy then slid under one row of beams before it crashed down. I snapped my fingers and large rock platforms began to rise up from the ground. I hopped from platform to platform dodging each of the beams. The beams began to destroy the platforms and I began to fly up toward Ataraxia, avoiding the beams then generated a ball of energy in my hand. Doombringer began to shine brightly and red lightning crackled around my arm.

"You're finished!" Ataraxia bellowed then released a powerful beam of energy at me.

I used my ball of energy to glide across the beam, avoiding it entirely. I sprung myself to the sky and my eyes shined brightly. "Hypernova!" I bellowed and threw the ball of energy at her then it grew to a massive size then exploded.

Powerful winds blew and everyone groaned as they were pushed away by the wind. Once the wind stopped and the smoke cleared, they noticed me carrying Ataraxia back to the ground in her normal serenity state. I landed on my feet and looked at everyone.

"I guess I win." I smiled and looked at Ataraxia. "We should probably take her to a hotel or an inn so she can rest."

"H-Hey wait up!" Tohra called out to her friends. "Where are you all going?!"

"We are going to Floragrance. We heard that Seraphim and Snowflake are making notable progress there in terms of surveying. Plus the Protection Corporation Leader is still out there missing. We have a task by the Grand Leader of the Eden Corporation to seek out expansion and to find the Protection Commander." Asuka said.

"It gets us out of Glence at the very least and gives me a reason to beat Seraphim up for standing me up for DAYS!" Felice bellowed.

"You should know that Khiarok stole her away from you. She's been around her more than anyone." Tohra said. "But I don't think she stood you up. She just probably forgot since I was the one who told her that there were Infinity Council Members here. She seemed so battle crazed when she heard about them."

"Is everyone prepared for our trip to Floragrance?" Scarlet asked.

"Ready." Felice said.

"I'm ready." Asuka nodded.

"I mean I guess." Tohra sighed.

"Then let's ride." Scarlet said then got into the van.

Everyone else followed inside and Scarlet began to drive the van to Floragrance to search for me and Snowflake, and to expand their organization.
