Can he do it again?

Cheers, and shouts filled every corner of the stadium.

The light shone down on the pitch where, 22 players moved, their every action in accordance to the ball.

Their focus, their emotions and their efforts concentrated on that one spherical object, making them seem like crazy men.

In reality, they were not crazy.

They were drunk.

Drunk on the thrill that round object gave them, drunk on the happiness, anxiousness and excitement caused by that ball.

The hundreds of other people in the stands were also intoxicated by the simple ball.

No.

The ball was not simple.

Something so simple could not possess so much power.

So much power that it was heard by the maddening cries filling the air. Shouts, curses, jeers and cheers made a cacaphonous tune. The presence was anything but monotonous.

Above all, those watching at home heard the voice of the English commentator, and his words, and what they saw on the television filled them with joy.

Short and black curly hair sat atop his head. A concentrated gaze was fixed on the ground, the sweat dripping down his forehead a testament of his efforts.

He slowly jogged along the touchline, readying himself for the war that awaited him.

"Isaac Adams..." The commentator said."he is one of the latest football talents to step into the football scene, and he is truly amazing.

His heroics against Barcelona are still fresh in the minds of football fans, and rumours say numerous football clubs have already shown interest in the lad.

5 goal contributions in 20 minutes is no small feat, after all. He saved his club once, can he save them again?

Antwerp were leading by 2 goals, but shaktar seem to have woken up, and levelled the game.

It's currently 2-2, and Antwerp coach Van Bommel is going to hope that Isaac Adams can once again perform a miracle, and save his club."

Yes. That was true.

He had played 3 matches since Barcelona, and he had 3 assists and 1 goal since.

He had gotten a knock in the game before this one, so he had been left out of the starting 11 for safety reasons.

However, from what the coach said, it looked like he would be coming in at midfield.

"Good thing my new Card has been working miracles."

It was a single card he had recieved after scoring his hatrick. It helped him greatly in the midfield, allowing his vision on the field to improve.

It was the platinum card Zidane card, hawk-like vision. With it he could see any pass, no matter how difficult.

It was due to that, Isaac found himself in midfield far more often, just like now.

He was subbing in for Ekkenelkamp who was a left midfielder. He'd have to perform, and help his team overpower the opposition.

Very soon, Isaac felt the familiar feeling of of anxiousness settle in his chest. He ignored it, and focused on his job.

He had to make a difference.

FWEE!

Shaktar immediately began to search the Antwerp defence, trying to find another goal to complete their comeback. They were like a little boy poking through the sand with a twig, as he searched for something valuable.

It looked like they would find it.

They had pushed Antwerp into their own half, and things were looking precarious for the Belgian club.

It looked like shaktar would do it but...

Isaac wasn't going to let them.

After a pass that was a little too slow, Isaac sped towards Georgia Sudakov, the opposition attacking midfielder who was recieving the pass.

Isaac slid, in a valiant effort to regain possession.

He managed to Push the ball away, into the path of Balikwasha, who was their team left winger.

"Great!" Isaac thought. "Now we can counter!"

He jolted upward, and began to speed through the middle. The left winger nutmegged a player before playing a pass to Isaac's feet.

Tara's Spekanenko, the holding midfielder of Antwerp charged in with a slide tackle. He seemed to want to stop Isaac at all costs.

Isaac however, shared a similar sentiment.

He would get past no matter what.

Isaac narrowed his eyes, and stretched his foot forward.

He flicked the ball to his right, escaping the reach of the midfielder. Then, he hit it forward, and continued the counter.

As he ran, he seemed to be like an arrow let out of a bow. Maybe even faster then lightning.

He was truly fast.

Isaac looked left, and right.

Where could he pass?

Where could he go?

What could he do?

Numerous questions found their way to his mind.

Then he saw it.

Isaac began to curve his run to the right of the field. The other midfielder tried to catch up with him, and push him off balance but he was too fast.

He was too strong.

Just as he anticipated, the left defender of the opposition had no choice but to charge at him.

A smile found its way to Isaac's lips.

"Nice..."

He drew his leg back, and struck a pass.

Woosh!

The ball stayed a few inches above the ground, but seemed to be full of power, and speed.

It raced forward, past the helpless defender and behind the defence.

Abnor muja made a diagonal run behind the defence and into the path of the ball. Collecting it, he sped away from the left back and raced at the goal. As he rushed at the goal, the keeper sped out, ready to stop him.

The right winger was not ready to be stopped.

He drew back his left leg, and dug it under the ball.

Isaac held his breath.

The player coolly chipped it over the keeper, sending it into the back of the net.

It was 3-2.
