Driving away the Spirit Masters

"Of course, I want to see what those guys are capable of," the Titan Giant Ape said.

Although it had come to believe Ao Tian's words, its pride as a hundred-thousand-year-old Spirit Beast prevented it from easily admitting defeat.

Xiao Wu's mother thought for a moment and said, "I think I know where they are."

"Where?" Xiao Wu looked up at her mother, curiosity lighting up her face.

Xiao Wu's mother explained, "Have you all forgotten? In the very center of the Star Dou Forest, there is a mysterious formation. When we reached that point, we couldn't proceed any further and could only walk in circles."

"Oh, I remember now. When I was a child, I used to play there often. It's in that direction," Xiao Wu said, pointing in a certain direction and looking at Ao Tian.

Ao Tian nodded and said, "That's right."

Continuing, Xiao Wu said, "Later, when I reached the cultivation level of a 100,000-year-old Spirit Beast, I tried to explore that area, but the range of that formation was too vast, and I would end up back where I started."

The Titan Giant Ape scratched its head and added, "That place is indeed strange. We used to find it fun when we were kids and often went there. But we never expected that powerful Spirit Beasts would be hidden inside."

"In that case, I can't wait to see what kind of Spirit Beasts are inside," Xiao Wu exclaimed excitedly.

Xiao Wu's mother, being more thoughtful, asked, "Senior Ao, since you mentioned that those Spirit Beasts are so powerful, why have they never come out? What are they staying inside for?"

Ao Tian didn't answer her question but simply said, "You'll understand when the time comes."

He looked at the Titan Giant Ape and said, "Little Monkey, this time, there are quite a few Spirit Masters who have entered with us, led by two Titled Douluo. Go and deal with them."

"Senior Ao, my name is Er Ming, not Little Monkey," the Titan Giant Ape corrected.

"In my presence, you're a Little Monkey," Ao Tian said.

The Titan Giant Ape straightened its body, towering over twenty meters tall.

"Senior Ao, you see, I'm not small at all," it said.

As a Titan Giant Ape, being called a Little Monkey was quite embarrassing, and it needed to prove itself.

Ao Tian smiled, and a vast spiritual pressure swept out from him, passing through the spiritual seas of the four present Spirit Beasts.

They widened their eyes in astonishment, as their consciousness saw a colossal golden dragon, tens of thousands of feet long, radiating an overwhelming presence.

Compared to this divine dragon, both the Titan Giant Ape and the Sky Azure Bull Python were just tiny Spirit Beasts.

The Titan Giant Ape swallowed hard, its throat making a loud noise. Stammering, it asked, "Senior... Ao, is that...?"

Ao Tian chuckled and said, "That's my true form. Now, is there anything wrong with calling you Little Monkey?"

"Perfectly fine, perfectly fine," it nodded repeatedly, completely convinced.

"So, he's... really this powerful," Xiao Wu was once again awestruck.

"Senior Ao, I'll go take care of those Spirit Masters right away," the Titan Giant Aape said, leaping into the sky, surpassing even the towering trees. With a few leaps, it had already distanced itself from the group, heading toward the outside.

"Can Er Ming do it  by himself?" Xiao Wu asked anxiously.

Ao Tian replied, "Those two Titled Douluo are at the ninety-sixth and ninety-second level."

The Sky Azure Bull Python, who knew Er Ming's strength the best, added, "With Er Ming's strength, he should be able to take down one of them. As for the other Spirit Masters below the Titled Douluo level, they're not even worth stomping on."

Xiao Wu immediately felt relieved.

If Ao Tian and Xiao Wu hadn't come back, those two Titled Douluo, along with a large number of high-level Spirit Masters, might have been able to distract Da Ming and Er Ming and kill Xiao Wu's mother.

Now that Ao Tian had sent the three Titled Douluo Elders from the Spirit Hall back, and Er Ming was taking the initiative to strike, the Spirit Masters entering the Star Dou Forest had no choice but to retreat in defeat.

It was quite normal for human Spirit Masters to hunt down 100,000-year Spirit Beasts. In Ao Tian's view, there was nothing wrong with that.

However, taking risks came with a price, and sometimes that price was one's life.

"Ao Tian, I want to go and see," Xiao Wu said.

"Nonsense, it's too dangerous," scolded Xiao Wu's mother.

Suddenly, Ao Tian thought of something and smiled, "It's alright; I'll accompany her."

He waved towards a distance, and the Dragon Horse, grazing by the lake, came running over.

Ao Tian mounted the horse, and Xiao Wu also jumped on, landing in front of Ao Tian. However, this time, she sat slightly forward.

The Dragon Horse spread its wings and soared into the sky, heading towards the ongoing battle.

"So, there are Spirit Beasts like this horse?" Da Ming exclaimed.

Xiao Wu's mother sighed, "According to what Xiao Wu said, this horse became a Spirit Beast because of Senior Ao, and it doesn't seem weak at all. Senior Ao's strength is truly unfathomable."

Ao Tian and Xiao Wu arrived at the top of the battlefield and looked down. It was a chaotic scene below.

Trees within hundreds of meters were all affected, toppling over one after another.

Hundreds of Spirit Masters were frantically releasing their Spirit Skills, attacking the Titan Giant Ape.

However, most of their attacks couldn't break through its defenses, as if they were simply tickling it.

The Titan Giant Ape held a massive tree over twenty meters long in its hands, and anyone struck by it would spit out blood, with many dying on the spot.

Among them was an elderly man with white hair, a burly figure, and extraordinarily thick limbs. His body was covered in blue-purple scales, with strong electrical currents swirling around him, emitting crackling sounds.

Every one of his strikes carried powerful lightning with it, causing even the Titan Giant Ape to be briefly paralyzed when struck.

Though the lightning was potent, against the Titan Giant Ape's massive body, the damage wasn't enough to be fatal.

"The Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan is indeed the world's number one Beast Martial Soul," Ao Tian smiled.

Ao Tian guessed that the burly elderly man below was most likely the old clan master of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, Yu Yuanzhen, and the father of Yu Xiaogang.

The Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan had been declining, no longer as powerful as it once was, and even showed signs of falling below the top three clans.

No wonder the old clan master, the only Titled Douluo of the clan, personally came here.

It was quite pitiable for someone his age to shoulder the entire clan's burden, and even more so in his declining years.

The other Titled Douluo was in a miserable state. He was likely a random Titled Douluo or from a smaller clan and was currently being pursued relentlessly by the Titan Giant Ape.

Although his attacks could cause harm to the Titan Giant Ape, they weren't fatal considering its massive size.

Spirit  Beast battles were brutal, and the Titan Giant Ape paid no mind to its injuries, nor did it care about Yu Yuanzhen. It was solely focused on chasing down the ninety-second rank Titled Douluo.

Finally, after a pitiful scream, the Titled Douluo was crushed to death by the Titan Giant Ape with one hand.

All the Spirit Masters, from Spirit Sages to Spirit Emperors, were terrified, and they fled in panic.

With only Yu Yuanzhen left, the Titan Giant Ape locked onto him, and he sighed before retreating.

In terms of strength, he could indeed fight the Titan Giant Ape on an equal footing, but he was old, had less stamina than the Titan Giant Ape, and his defenses were inferior. In the end, he would be the one defeated.

"It's over," Ao Tian said.

All the Spirit Masters had fled. After this lesson, it was unlikely that any Spirit Masters would dare to target Xiao Wu's mother again.

"Er Ming, you're amazing," Xiao Wu excitedly jumped down from the Dragon Horse, and her petite form was caught by the Titan Giant Ape's large hand.
