The ketchup and mustard duo almost got caught multiple times, but at last the three people they were following stopped at an alley way

Apparently they were here to meet a person who supposedly was here to bring them some news or something

Aradia and Issac hid behind a wall and listened to their conversation

"Do we seriously need to do this?"

One of the men from the trio asked the other two or was he talking to himself? Who knows

"Hmm... But it's the boss's orders ya know"

Another responded but what the third person said is what made the two jump the three men

"Seriously though, why kidnap and sell children, we are already doing good enough"

'what..?'

Both Issac and Aradia thought

They were doing human trafficking and of children at that, this made the both of their blood boil

Yeon Haa may not be the best with children or like them a lot but does that mean she is a heartless and disgusting person that would let this go

Issac was also very angry, why wouldn't he be? Something like this was happening on the land he lived on, he would not tolerate this

The two looked at each other, nodded and jumped out from behind the wall

Aradia was good at martial arts, she jumped with her right foot stretched out in full speed and hit one of the men in the face with that extended foot knocking him out

The blonde was pretty surprised, since when did Aradia know how to fight?

But he can't be falling behind now can he?  Issac had brought his sword which he used and made a deep cut in the other two mens shoulder and leg

The two looked at the three men now whimpering and groaning with pain

"Was what you said true?"

The blonde asked with anger flaring in his green eyes

"Ahh-! wha- who are you two?!"

The man who's leg was bleeding asked, all of the three had brown hair and brown eyes

'judging by their appearance they are probably also no name villains like that I guy I met a few days ago..'

The red head thought, the reason for thinking this was simple; everyone important in the novel such as the main characters and the antagonists had fantasy hair and eye colour, on the contrary all the minor villains had your average hair and eye colour

Aradia couldn't remember any event where there were human traffickers, but then again she didn't remember much about the novel anymore so it could be possible she just simply forgot

"I will ask for the last time, is what you said earlier true?"

Issac said trying to keep him voice calm but he was failing

The red head sat down on the road beside the standing Issac because her foot hurt, she has not done martial arts for years now; she was just glad she could still pull of something like that kick from earlier

"Wha- what are you talking about?! Who are you people?!?"

The man with his shoulder injured asked, Aradia wondered if these two, minus the third one cause he is unconscious- share the same brain cell or something? Issac took them down and very clearly said this was the last time he would ask nicely so they should just answer right? Wrong here they are being a fool

"You don't have to know that"

The red head answered, she just wanted to go home now

"Y-yes, but! Our boss is the one forcing us to do this!"

The one from before, the one that had got his leg injured decided to play smart and answer, which was a smart move

"Who's your boss?"

The red head questioned seeing this conversation is finally going somewhere

"W-we don't know"

"Ha?"

"What do you mean?"

Issac asked after Aradia let out confused Pikachu noises

"W-well you see, we have never met our boss, we communicated with his right hand man, he was going to come today at this place and tell us the boss's orders while we will report back everything that has happened.."

Aradia and Issac looked at each other, well if that was the case then there was another person they had to beat up

The two hid once again, warning the two awake members to not tell of their meeting and play cool

The duo would wait for this third or was it fourth- person and get their answers

After what felt like eternity the duo heard foot steps not to far away and prepared themselves

"Tsk"

A figure came into view, he was also wearing a robe that covered him completely and was also wearing a hud

"What the hell did you three do this tim-"

But before he could continue Issac jumped out with his sword and tried to slash the clocked guys arm but it was no use, the clocked figure not only dogdes the attac and also hit Issac with his arm making the blonde go flying and crash into a wall

'damn he is strong..'

Seeing this Aradia went in with her kick once again but with time with her left leg in the lead, she was about to hit the back of the guys head but he turned around in a blink of an eye, grabbed the red head's leg and sent her flying as well

Unlike Issac who hit a wall, Aradia was high up in the air she would fall and get badly injured

'shit-!'

Yeon Haa knows no matter what she does with how high up in air she is there is no way for this landing to be without havey impact on her body

This is it, this is how her second life would end, would she gets another chance like this for a new life? Who's she kidding of course not; Aradia closed her eyes tightly preparing for her second death

But suddenly she felt everything around her feel... Slow? The red head opened her eyes and they instantly went wide, she had made a protective bubble around herself with magic!

'how..?'

How was this possible? Aradia didn't know how to use magic this was impossible how did this- Luck

'luck huh..'

Yeon Haa never really considered herself 'lucky' but she got a second chance at life and now a third one, if she isn't lucky after all this the what even is lucky?

The protective bubble around her touched the roof of a random house and right after one of her foot touched the roof the bubble popped and the red head put down her other foot

"Ha-! Haha haaa.."

Aradia let out a laugh while looking at the shocked Issac and that guy that has sent her flying in the first place

Her luck really was something else huh but it's not time for thinking about that right there is a rat that needs a beating

Issac who was worried and had a heart attack thinking about what will happen to Aradia was shocked to see that his sister who can't use magic made a protective bubble around herself but she was alright and that was all he needed to know to continue fighting

Both of them went towards the guy at the same time, this would end now!

Issac tried to strike again but the guy dodged again but Aradia kicked him hard in the side of his stomach which made an opening for Issac and the blonde landed a hit on guys leg

Issac was going to give his final blow, but he noticed something strange, instead of defending or planning an attac the clocked guy was mumbling something and lifted his hand up to snap is fingers, he was going to cast a spell and most probably a teleportation one at that

This was bad, with their distance he wouldn't be able to land a hit let alone catch him

Issac looked over at Aradia, she was also far away but closer then he was so he shouted to Aradia to try and stop him

"Stop him from snapping his fingers!"

The red head was going to deliver the hardest punch ever but with Issac shouting she lost fouces but got herself together as quickly as possible and tried to land the punch

A bright white light came from the guy, he was teleporting but Aradia still managed to land the punch because she heard a loud groan

The light soon went away and they sighed

"Sorry.."

The red head mumbled and sat down on the road

"Why are you apologising?"

Issac asked and put his sword in its shaft

"You asked me to not let him get away but.."

"No it's fine after all you still managed to land the punch and it's not really your fault because this isn't how tonight was supposed to go"

Issac replied, truthfully he was also disappointed that the cocked guy got away but there was still something left to do so he can't feel bad for the time being

Issac looked over at the three guys

"You three"

He pointed at them making them flinch

"Y-yes..?"

"Go to the royal palace and report all of your groups deeds or else"

Issac ordered with a cold gaze that made even Aradia shiver

"Yes, sir!"

And with that the two picked up their third accomplice and went to the royal palace

Issac and Aradia actually followed them to make sure they wouldn't do any sly tricks but they didn't

After making sure they did as told both of them left

"We should hurry"

"Yeah"

It was already late and they would start classes from tomorrow so it was better to hurry back

I'm not good at all, I have a fever and my whole body hurts also sorry for not updating till now, Bangla new year was a few days ago and I was busy with that so I didn't have time to write at all
