"How did it get on the cake? I'm asking you, how did it get in it?".
"Manager Warren, I really don't know how it managed to get there" the chef said , trembling fearfully.
"There's a dead fly on the cake and you're telling me you don't know anything about it?!"
"I'm sorry, it must have gotten there by accident "
"And you didn't think to inspect the cake or even cover it up?. If our guest had been served a cake with a dead fly in it, could you imagine the amount of disgrace it would have brought to our king ?Did you even think about that!"
"I assure you if anything... anything at all, is out of place or is not properly presented, I will see to it personally that you're all fired! Do I make myself clear?" Manager Warren asked glaring at all the people in the kitchen.
"Yes sir!" they all said in unison.
Manager Warren picked up the cake and flung it across the room where it hit the wall with a SPLAT!! "Now bake another as soon as possible and clean up that mess".
He then strode out of the kitchen. Behind him the chef and servants working in the kitchen could be seen scampering around the kitchen like rats. Some of them were cleaning up the cake that stained the wall while others were gathering ingredients to help the chef bake another cake.

Everyone and anyone who wanted to enter into the castle must be authorized and searched properly before access could be granted.
While all these preparations were going on, the royal family could be seen busy with something else....
