In the Mountain Domain, Hudson's mood had been quite terrible recently. Along with the establishment of the Territory Monster Breeding Center, there were increasingly more disputes and conflicts.

As personnel from all major forces settled in, their old grudges and disagreements were also brought to the fray.

Within the past month alone, there had been more than thirty clashes of varying scales within the territory. Hudson had personally intervened in three large-scale disputes.

Each of the involved parties held great influence. It was very difficult restraining their behavior, which led Hudson to resort to laissez-faire management.

As long as it did not interfere with the territory's development and didn't involve any bystander, he would turn a blind eye to any discord between the major forces.

Nonetheless, this laissez-faire approach did not improve the situation. Instead, it worsened the territory's security even further.
