Urgent Quest Part 2

After the introduction, Captain Seria and Teresa Rose explained the necessary information that needs to be known about the disaster that happened last night.

The young generation of adventurers was shocked when they saw this scene, on the other hand, the old generation shrugged it off, they had already seen this scene many years ago when a disaster struck in the past.

Teresa ignored the shocked crowd and continued, with another flick of her fingers, the whole area except for the city and the villages was covered in red.

Teresa, with a sweet voice, said, "This red area on the map will be the bombardment area, we called it the red zone, hunters association will bombard the red zone with a Subsonic missile loaded with powerful explosives, so be careful, first-class adventurer could survive this onslaught with no problem, however adventurer lower than that will turn to shredded meat so be mindful."

The Crowd gulps simultaneously when they hear Teresa's words.

Captain Seria and Teresa continue to speak for an hour before dismissing the crowd.

"That is all, good luck and see you at the rendezvous points at 8 pm," After Captain Seria said that she left along with the other four people on the stage.

The adventurer started to disperse.

Others went home to pick up their equipment, while others headed straight to the ruined northwest district to see the extent of the damage from the disaster last night, and the rest went inside the guild, more precisely to the quest bulletin board to take a quest.

I and Luciada headed to the guild to check the quest, but before we could start walking trouble came.

"Hey, trash, how dare you disrespect the guild master," shouted an adventurer who came out of nowhere.

But before the guy could say more, he suddenly fainted and fell face-first.

Everyone was bewildered seeing this, except for the first-class adventurer, they saw clearly what happened.

While the random adventurer was throwing insults, John mobilized his bottomless mana and used a very small fraction of it, to cast telekinesis magic, using telekinesis magic, he gathered the air and compressed it into fist-size air pressured, and then he used that compressed air as a fist, hitting random adventurer face without using his hands.

John ignored the crowd, holding Luciada's hand, and entered the guild.

 when they are gone the crowd starts to whisper stories about the two.

In the crowd, two beautiful girls were watching John's back entering the guild after knocking out the random adventurer.

These two girls are both beautiful, one has black hair while the other has red hair, The black hair beauty was clad in a black one-piece dress while the red hair was dressed in a black gothic Lolita outfit. They were both well-known in the continent, the black hair beauty was known as the Black Princess while the red-haired beauty was known as the Red Flower, they are both members of one of the top ten strongest Familia in the whole continent.

"Did you see that Rita?" Black Princess said in a whisper.

"I did, I never expected that telekinesis magic could be used like that." Red Flower reply.

"Ana, what do you think, could you defeat him?" Red Flower asks with curious eyes.

"I don't know, I couldn't grasp his true strength at all, even my skills have no use, it only shows that he has a level 2 strength," Black Princess replied.

"Interesting, a level 2 beating a level 4 with ease," Red Flower remarked while looking at Black Princess with a smirk.

"How about we invited him to our Familia?" Red flower added.

"No," Black Princess replied coldly.

"Why not?" Red Flower said cutely

"Because we are a female-only Familia that's all," Black Princess replied

"Ana, How about we took him as a boyfriend and then." Red Flower said with a blush and a crazy look.

The black princess ignored her friend's fantasy and walked away, Red flower noticed this and hurriedly caught up.

"Hey, Ana wait for me!"

The black princess and the red flower left the scene leaving the noisy crowd.

Guild building, Second floor.

I and Luciada were staring at the bulletin board reading the quest.

Right now On the bulletin board, the usual large amount of quests have been removed and it was replaced by only 4 S rank quests which occupied most of the bulletin board, each of the quests can be taken by all adventurers and doesn't have a number limit of participants and a time limit of completion.

Quest no 1.

Guard quest, protect the knights, and guard in charge of the logistics in the upcoming war.

Reward - 160,000 valis per adventurer.

Quest no 2.

Medical quest, recruiting healers, and assistance for the upcoming war.

Reward - 100,000 valis per adventurer.

Quest no 3.

Subjugation quest, the goal is to eliminate monsters as many as you can and protect the city along with the knights and guards.

Reward - 200,000 valis per adventurer.

Quest no 4.

Hunting Quest, kill the Ambist Lord, the leader of all Ambist.

Reward - 3,000,000,000 valis.

"Luciada you'll take Quest 2 while I'll take Quest 3, what do you think?" I ask Luciada's opinion.

"I have no problems, John be careful," Luciada said with a worried face.

"Haha! Don't worry, no one can kill me in this world."

After registering for the quest, we left the guild and prepared what we needed.

Luciada didn't prepare much, all of her clothes and necessities were in her storage now, so there was not much preparation to do, she only conducted maintenance on her laser gun that I gave her.

Well, she is trying to, should I tell her that the laser gun has an auto maintenance and repair function? Nah this would be a good opportunity to teach her how to maintain a weapon.

after an hour of preparation and rest, I and Luciada standing in front of the Silver Moon Inn.

"See you tomorrow Luciada," I said to her while patting her head.

Luciada only nodded her head and responded, "Be careful John, you're more in danger than me."

I only chuckled at the comment and reassured her.

After bidding goodbye we went on our separate ways heading to the rendezvous point of the quest that we took.
