Ch 3

Ceo Deimos left Madam Ling with a lot on his mind. He can not deny his affection towards Esmeray but he also can't deny his criticism towards her character.

In his eyes she had changed in more ways then he imagined.That's only due to his lack of knowledge regarding her past. As she never disclosed that information to him.

Why would she? She did not see fit to it.

At the same time he understands Madam Lings concerns. Last year Esmeray was poisoned twice. Although she made it out alive people couldn't help but worry.

Back at the Ling Villa Esmeray locked herself in her studio. She had another nightmare this time it seemed more real. The feeling, the pain, the tears..her face.

She must fight the urge not to escape the world. They are dead but somehow they, no, she hunts her. They died not long after being captured.

And as the years passed by she manged to forgive the father. Only after learning the truth. The kidnapping was all her idea, why? Who knows.

He never agreed to it. At least that was what the son claimed. She tracked him down and he confessed his mothers intentions. Esmeray never hated the father or son, they were the only ones who protected her.

Even if it was for a while. She never forgave that women. Maybe that's why she is being hunted. Either way Esmeray is stubborn. She will never admit how scared she is.

"Dinner is ready"

"Very well thanks"

"Esme you have been locked up all day why don't you go for a walk with me?"

"Forgive me mother but I have alot on my plate"

"*sigh* very well"

"Ceo Deimos came last night. I saw you too talking"

"Yes, it's my responsibility to welcome and thank everyone. Ceo Deimos was no exception"

"It's been very long since you two talked. Why don't you ask him for help overseas? I doubt he'll ignore your request"

"That won't be necessary mother. I will travel to Europe on the eighteenth, of November.Now please, deja de hablar de el" requested Esmeray not looking at her mother.

"The eighteenth but thats your sisters wedding....arw you going to miss her day? De verdad?"

Plans of traveling to Europe were not yet discussed but she knew she could do it. It wouldn't be the first time traveling outside the country.

She had gone multiple times with her father. One time she even managed to close a deal by her own without her father knowing. She was sixteen at the time and hardly knew about buisness.

What made ber close the deal was her knowledge about the topic. She is confident she can do it again.

"Don't forget that we have dinner plans with your sister and her future in laws this Afternoon"

"Yes I am aware." Replied Esmeray excusing herself.

The day went by fairly quickly. Usually Mondays are chaotic, but after the party last night many people were tired to even do anything.

"Please get my things ready, Mira"

"Yes..is the dinner at Vineyard by any chance?

"Yes. Why?"

"Oh no reason...make sure to try their lobster, it's so good" requested Mira. In fact she has a reason why she asked about the location.

She saw Madam Ling talking with Ceo Deimos. But she could've seen wrong. After all there is no reason why both would meet.

"Esmeray I am glad-"

"It's Ceo for you.That will never change" she made her point very clear to the roach.

"Uhh. Yes I'm sorry. Anyway I'm glad you joined us"

"We were thinking that once they get married Diamond should hand her job to her husband. As it is only right"

"Why would she need to stop working?" Questioned Esmeray swirling around her glass of wine before taking a sip.

"Well-"

"She'll need to care for the home" interrupted Mr. Jackson with confidence.

"So you'll have her clean the house and cook? Isn't that the reason why maids are hired?"

"I don't mind cleaning-"

"It's not about you minding. It's about your career. I will not have you hand over a job you have worked for only because you are married. Or are planning to settle out in the countryside?"

"Well....no."

Diamond was handed everything when growing up. She had no clue about "serving" others. Now that's not to say she can't cook or clean.

On the contrary all Ling women know how to do basic chores but give your career up? Especially over a man?

Hell No. No women should ever give up on her dreams just because they're married to a man. On the contrary they should continue that dream and if a micro-penis, motherfucker of a so called man handle that then they aren't worth it. Why give up your hard work for someone who can't even find a clit?

Now, yes if that man can take you to hell and back, if that man can make your legs shake, if that man knows where your clit is then maybe just maybe sit your ass down and see how things play.

Other then that, it ain't worth it.

"*caugh* anyway should we order desserts after this?" interrupted Madam Ling. She knows of she doesn't things can end very badly.

Esmeray too decide it was not worth it. Diamond has a good share but it's a share thats controlled by Esmeray. So even if things went south her "husband" won't get a penny.

The dinner after only an hour came to end. Surely things didn't get too awkward for either side.
