Duties of a Reaper and The 7 Archangels.

The Duties of a Reaper is simple; Protect the innocent and slay the monsters. Although hunting these monsters isn't as simple as it seems. You've got to know your hunt better than it knows itself, research, study and investigate these beasts to find the perfect way to kill it. Some monsters can't just be chopped into pieces with a Scythe i.e. Wendigos have a protective "Spirit Shield" (If full control is taken over the host) that deters all damage that cannot be broken with a Scythe but has to be destroyed by an Algonquian "Evil Spirit destruction" spell and has to be then burned before even being able to be damaged. An unprepared Reaper might not know about this and most likely fail in killing the beast and possibly be killed. A Reaper might take an odd trophy from a hunt to show off their victory and successful hunt but the body of the monster is to be burnt or destroyed to keep it out of the public eye and not to draw attention to the existence of these "Cryptids and Legends". The main way Reapers find monsters is through "Contractors" that can be found through different ways such as hiring one, being giving one through the Court of Reapers and having a watcher. Or a less effective method being "Supernatural news" websites, "YouTube videos", Newspapers and more useless stuff. But hey you do you... During the hunt a Reaper is to draw as little attention as possible. Reapers are allowed to make allies with fellow monster hunters and Reapers, depending on how though the monster is, it is better to bring along an ally. Every Reaper has their own way.

But no more focusing on the duties let's get back to some lore!!! On the 7th day after God made the Earth he rested and made the Angels. The 7 Archangels were his first, they are also called the 7 heavenly brothers their names are:

Azrael The Heaven-Sent Spear.

Uriel The Guardian of Eden

Michael The Archangel of Companionship.

Lucifer The Banished Devil.

Raphael The Grim Reaper.

Samael The Seraph Reaper and The Fallen Angel.

Gabriel The Scribe of God and The Last Archangel.

Although Raphael and Samael were made from the tears of Eve they are still considered Archangels and posses the powers of them and God had planed for them to arrive sooner or later. But when The Angelic Wars started there were 2 sides Angels led by Azrael and the Demons (Angels tainted by darkness) led by Lucifer but in the middle lied Samael the one who truly started the war. But when the Demons were overpowered Lucifer was banished into the prison of God, Hell where he resided the Throne and was forced to stay. And what about Samael? He was cast out of the Heavens due to both starting the War and his extreme and violent behaviors. He was led down a path of Wrath truly becoming it... Even before the war, Lucifer had tainted the Garden which his father had created and loved. Leaving one apple which Adam would eat and be tainted by. And born was Samael and Raphael from Eve seeing what evil can do. And for years peace was in the heavens. Until the Revelations war where Lucifer attempted to invade the world but was driving off by the presence of the Reapers before he could even pass the front lines. But Gabriel foretold: "He would one day pass these lines and invade the world even with his 4 generals defeated. He shall be known as The Scarlet Emperor!!! But one shall stand defiantly up to him! It shall be a battle of 2 Brothers and 2 Fathers!!! One with wings of Black the other with wings of Red!!! Magica shall bursts from the sky!!! And in the end one shall stand but he shall be forever changed!!! They will be fighting over someone with the initials E.R. And that is all I can see!!!" The Court of Reapers, The other Archangels and everyone were stunned by this statement. "2 Brothers and 2 Fathers?" many laughed at him, not knowing that he never lies and only foretells the truth! Whatever this meant, there was no doubt that Lucifer would return. So the Court are at all times prepared for his inevitable rise! Should all these plans fail Azrael would be forced to intervene and put an end to The Scarlet Emperor! Perhaps this is what is meant by 2 Brothers and 2 Fathers? For if even Azrael is to fall the results would be disastrous for both Earth and Heaven! Uriel was placed at the gate of Eden to prevent Lucifer from entering and for evil to stay away. The Location of Gabriel is unknown. Azrael is resting in Heaven. Lucifer is currently still in Hell. Michael wanders the Earth. Raphael's location is unknown presumed to be in the Court's base. And Samael is waiting for the right time and the right someone...
