It wasn't your fault

It was a hot day, completely different from the humid one before. The sun shone brightly in the sky, bringing with it heat which fell upon the tiny humans who were walking on the streets. But none of it affected Abe who was sitting in his room.

Just like he always did everyday, he was editing his daily quota. Two chapters per day, and he was almost done with the second one for the day.

The cold air from the AC licked his skin as the filtering sound of the song playing in the headset on his head felt like a whisper in the room.

After what felt like an hour, Abe finally moved, groaning loudly as he stretched his bones and body. He pulled off the headset from his head, freeing his ears from the blaring sound of the random rock song he's been listening to all day.

Sitting on the bed was not comfortable for him anymore, he was definitely going to get himself a standard table and a chair, with a laptop.
