Party III

After what seemed like an hour juliet finally broke the silence "Jason,please i want you to understand that i like you as a friend and with so much going on now i am not ready for any relationship.I'm really sorry".

Jason looked at her for a while before saying "I understand what you are saying i perfectly understand.So what you are saying now is if you find your siblings and the person who murdered your parents then you'll date me?"

Juliet didn't want to give him false hopes but looking at his happy face she couldn't bring herself to say no so she agreed.Hearing her response made Jason very happy he skipped out of the class leaving only juliet alone.

After Jason left,Juliet broke down in tears she felt like she had wasted so much time and still had no clue on where are siblings are.She was worried that she would never find them and her parents murderer was still out there.

Juliet cried in the class alone with no one to console her.After an hour of crying she wiped her tears and went to join the rest of her mates at the hall.

Principal Dany was obviously still excited about the fact that his school has won the competition,he carried the trophy in hands and walked to the stage to address the students "Honestly words are not enough to express what i feel today,for the first time in so long we actually won the competition and we are not the third nor are we the second,we are the first.The students that went for the competition did so well but one student did exceptionally well,she proved that team work and hard work pays off because of this i have decided to reward her with this medal of brilliance she has done great.I'd now call her to the stage to collect this reward, miss Juliet please come forward to collect this medal".

As soon as the principal called her name the whole school gave a standing ovation. Juliet was really amazed,she didn't think she did something that deserved a standing ovation.

Principal dany gave her the medal and asked if she had anything to say to the students.

Juliet took the mic from the principal and addressed the students " i am shocked beyond words,i really didn't think that winning the competition would cause this but as much as i like this medal i'd like to say that this competition was not only won by me,everyone that went for this competition did well if not for their help this competition would not have been won so i'd like it if my team mates would come up here and accept it with me"

After juliet said this everybody clapped for her again. and her team mates went up the stage.

After that the students partied,dance and had fun before finally going home.Soon it was only the principal and the vice principal that remained at the school.

The principal seemed to be worrying about something as he kept sighing.

The vice principal could not take it anymore so he asked "Care to share with me what is on your mind,you keep sighing i'm afraid if this goes on you might burst"

The principal got angry and said "who do you think you are talking to,why on earth would i burst and even if i shared what is on my mind with you do you have any solutions for it?"

" Fine don't share it with me,i am no longer interested in knowing" replied the vice principal.

"The thing is i keep thinking that did i do right by giving only Juliet the ,medal,i mean what about the other students i don't want any fights among them".

"You couldn't have thought of that before giving out the medal,i really doubt how you became the principal".

"I asked for advice not insults you fool"

"i don't know,you have handed it out already and juliet managed it very well on stage so i think you'll be fine".
