CHAPTER THIRTY THREE: Pillow conversation

Jack's Pov

I sat on my bed tiredly as the memory of Jill filled my mind.

I smile inwardly thinking about how she is very willing to marry Zach for some documents .

I wonder how it is possible, we met not too long and she's ready to sacrifice her happiness for me.

I shut my eyes when i remembered her lips.

Zach has been going against my will this days.

Is he so unconcerned about how i will behave?

Well then, if that is the case i will have to speak with him tomorrow.

It will do no good if i left his father out of the conversation.

I smile at myself , tomorrow will surely be a nice day.

I turn when i heard the bathroom door open and jill emerges with a towel around her.

I look away from her body trying to control my lust.

She get busy , dressing up to go to bed.

My cellphone Rang at that time and i wonder who possibly must be calling at this time.

It is late at night and everywhere was still wet from the rain.

It was my manager, i sighed heavily before picking.

I brace myself up to hear his nagging.

" Thank goodness you pick the call Jack Mayor , so because you are a billionaire who owns the mighty mayors creation you have decided not to answer when your manager is calling? "

I clear my throat before speaking in an apologetic tone.

" It isn't like that agent Mel, i am very sorry "

I saw jill staring at me in surprise.

I see why she is working as a model, she is a very beautiful woman.

Her long wet hair drop gingerly around her shoulder.

" Then explain to me! " My manager voice yell interupting my thoughts.

I roll my eyes.

He continues " Jack Mayor if you are thinking of not showing up to partake in the upcoming competition you better think twice. You want to retire? "

I exhaled, this man is taking the issue a bit too far.

I wonder if i even will be able to retire, Mel has also been by my side when i start creating my father's lost business.

" I am too young to retire " i said in a low tone. It will only makes the matter worse if i try to be smart.

" Really? Good. When are you going to show up ?"

" Tomorrow " i said urgently and i heard him scoff.

" You expect me to believe you? "

" Of course, I will show up tomorrow and I'm going for the competition. I need money too "

I heard him sighed in relieve on the other end.

" You never cease to make me love you more.it felt so good to have a billionaire in our team. Thanks Jack, tomorrow... Okay? "

" Okay, bye " i hung up before he says another words.

" You are very amazing " i heard Jill says.

I faced her completely, she is wearing my clothes and it felt so Good to have a woman, my woman next to me.

Even though I'm still mad at her for going against my words.

" How do you mean? " I asked her.

She settled down beside me staring at me.

" It just feels amazing to know that you can apologize. I am getting to know you more "

" Apologize? If i am at fault i will surely apologize " i said shrugging.

" You are jack mayor, people says you're very arrogant but handsome "

" You believe it? "

" Yes i do. "

" Oh common, you hurt my ego "

" Not really, they are half wrong. You apologize "

" That is my manager, i am wrong so i had to apologize "

" You sounds respectful "

I stopped thinking about who called me, when did i answered someone respectfully. Oh! Mr Wilson.

" I had to, he is my father's friend. He helped me in building mayors creation "

" Is he the only one who help ? "

" No, he introduced me to his business partners who are willing to make mayors creation successful. I owe it to them. "

" Your father seem like a good man for his friends to be eager to help you "

" He was , he should not have left " i said bitterly.

I sighed before looking away.

" What will you do about Maureen ? " Jill asked wearily.

" You just watch. I know my sister , she has always been a mystery " i said before turning my back to jill.

" Good night " i said covering myself.

I felt her fingers on my shoulder but i jerk away slightly.

" Don't " i said in a low rasp voice.

" Jack I'm sorry" she apologized.

I could feel her breath on my back, i finally turned to her.

I touch her face slightly.

" Be careful from now on, go back to your job. Start modelling. "

" What are you going to do? "

" Me, I'm going for swimming competition. I needed the money for my company. Mr Wilson will have my head if mayors creation fall and also my manager Mel will surely scold me to death if i did not show up "

Jill smile at my face.

" You are a good man Jack Mayor " She said sincerely.

I smile withdrawing my hand away from her cheek.

" I Know " i replied.

She move closer to me placing her head on my chest.

" You still won't kiss me ? " She ask but I did not reply.

She sighed. " I am sorry " she said again but still, i keep mute.

She finally lost her cool , she sat up staring at me.

" I said I'm sorry Jack, what else did you want from me ? "

I keep my expression straight so she won't get any idea of what is going on in my mind.

" I will go to the guest room then " she Said standing up but i grabbed her by the arm and she fell onto me.

I ease up her head, cupping a hand to the back of her head.

I brought my lips to hers and she close her eyes waiting for the contact.

I kissed her soft lips slightly before pulling back.

She open her eyes to stare at me.

I placed a kiss on her forehead smiling.

I saw her gulped " I hate it, i hate this moment. If this is how you are when ever you are mad then i hate you " she said lifting her head.

She couldn't avoid the sob that comes later.

I kiss her this time, stopping her from crying. She then slowly, tugging at my t-shirt. I undress her without haste and our love making began.
