Markus's POV:
There was a wooden building at the other end of the street that looked kind of similar to a large fishing lodge, just like the man who I saved said it was the only building here that looked like it was properly built and wasn't falling apart although it was far from fancy.
As I walked down the road filled with caltrops, razor wires, and makeshift fences all arranged like obstacles to deter people I had to watch my steps very carefully to not accidentally step on an IED or something. I understand why this place is so eerily quiet unlike the rest of the underground although what I don't get is the point of setting up these hazards as it was unlikely anyone down here would want to attack this place judging from the look people gave me when I began heading in this direction and also we were underground so the possibility of a frontal attack was slim to begin with, why bother?
