Chapter 24

Raine was trying to use the snowflakes to keep Tai from interfering with Dagger's toys, but she was also keeping Dagger from attacking Tai head on since he could form blades or other objects of metal and mostly stick with making knives.

" Raine why so blue....it seems you feel bad for cutting her up and I'd like to know why " Lyle said playing with Raines hair, Tai turned around feeling Raine was in danger and saw the Male who Jessie scarred up touching Raine. Tai looked back at the spot the man was cutting at then back at Raine seeing the blonde look back at her shaking her head no before running back over to Raine making sure Luke stepped away clicking his tongue in annoyance when Helena returned.

The other men saw blood mixing in with the snow making it harder to see Tai and she watched Lyle walk around Raine when Helena stood beside him glaring at the man, Helena whispered in Raine's ear.

" maybe when Larissa comes we can tell her everything and let my pets show her what's going on, I thought your mother said your kind has never found their mates for thousands of years. I'm not letting us kill her especially not since we just found her and maybe if I show Rock all the secrets on what Lyle did when he stayed behind with the Bear beast born family and show Larissa all the things they've done behind her back they'll help. If you can open a small space for one of my babies to make it to that woman....Tell her you're trying to work on a plan to help her and we will leave with her " Helena said making Raine smile but the pain she felt that she's causing her mate she never thought the mate bond was like this and she noticed how Helena was acting holding her chest.

Helena sent one of her spiders to rock and he stepped away from the group acting like he was looking over the ship through the tornado of ice for any enemies or weak points.

The spider bites him and he can hear a message from Helena about Raine being that woman's mate which made him smile since her species hasn't had one in over ten thousand years, but him hearing the other things against Larissa without doing a fair one on one fight but using tricks even tricking him pissed him off.

(" I have more to show you and tell you about what Dagger and Lyle are doing, but if I tell you we know that you'll lose control and Dagger will kill you..... Where is Larissa, we need her here now and have her stop them before Raine gives in turning on them and we both know she's not strong enough now to fight him " ) Helena said through the spider as Rock looked at Ter who was watching the others.

Raine kept sending her tears to Tai who refused them all so that more of her blood along with the substance she produced soaking the vines making them harder to cut.

Dagger furrowed his brow while sending more knives and using more energy trying to cut through the vines which was now deflecting the cuts.

" there getting harder to cut " Dagger said as his blades were barely knocking parts of the vines, Tai is hoping not to bleed out and she finally accepts some of Raines tears making the girl smile.

" Ter go check around for the others or see if any enemies might be around and go with Helena " Rock said as Lyle frowned at him giving orders, he looked at Dagger who was struggling using his blades cutting a way inside not caring about the situation right now.

" you two go check the area with them " Lyle said as the other two looked at him then to Dagger knowing the little freak was Daggers number one follower.

" you two check that side while you two go that way " Rock said looking at the two showing his teeth making them quickly do as he told them, he looked over seeing Tai taking the punishment from Raine and he admires her for protecting her mate and comrades.

Larissa made her way toward the ship when she seen Helina and Ter looking around when Sig raises up from their hiding place making Larissa roll her eyes because Helina and Raine always keep to themselves or talks to Rock only and also knowing how scared they was of Daggers group.

" Ter did Rock agree to help Larissa " Sig said holding Ters hand and smiled when he shakes his head yes then points to Helina as the other men came out carrying the girls.

" what's wrong with them " Helina said seeing the bite marks on their necks, then rolls her neck then looks at Larissa.

" I'm guessing you two finally chose to be mates " Helina said walking over with a bit of an attitude with two of her spiders crawling down her arms to her hands reaching out to both girls who look at each other.

" how can we be sure you won't poison us " Jessie said as Larissa stares in Helena's eyes seeing something she hasn't seen before which was desperation and needing help.

" I don't think she's going to since she needs our help more than we need her....is it because of Raine or herself, because those are the only two things she usually cares about " Larissa said holding her hand out letting the spider bite her, Helena smiled then looked at Larissa with one brow raised.

" actually I've found a third thing or person I care about " Helena said looking back where the ship is then back at the girls whose facial expressions changed several times before they saw Tai in the situation she's in now.

They have seen things from the beginning as if it's on fast Forward then seeing Raine torment herself by doing that to Tai not wanting her to go up against Dagger.

" those son of a bitches " Larissa said as she stands up on her feet as her wings rip out from her back, and her jaw structure elongates with the bone structures changing in her face.

Everyone steps away from her as her arms and legs grow longer and he rheigjt reaches almost nine feet, Jessie walks over hugging Larissas stomach while everyone loads their guns getting ready to march in behind Larissa.

" go back with Ter to see how far those dicks have gotten" Larissa said,

Helena went running back to the site where Raine was about to fall over as the vines was covered with blood and that black substance protecting the vines around the ship where they couldn't easily get in as Tai falls to her knees looking white as paper.

Helena came seeing Tais condition as she fell and ran over to Raine who frowned when she could feel Tais heartbeat slow down to where it's about to stop.

" I'd never hurt my mate and I know they'd kill you if I didn't let you kill me so let them rain down to where they hit, I have to protect them as well as you four " Tai said. Raine cryed even more but they were bloody tears that came out and floated over to Tai going inside her mouth before she fell over, Raine used the snow and snowflakes to start raining down on Tais body covering her up as a few entered her body.

Helena stopped at where she was when screams that turned to roars came from inside the ship making the men step back when Raine screamed almost busting everyone's ear drums passing out while tears of blood came out frozen floating with the leftover tornado entering Tais body.

" what the hell is inside the ship " Tom said looking around holding one of his ears that was pouring blood out, they looked over seeing Raine passed out with blood running from her eyes as the ice and wind died down.

Rock and the others were right behind Helena seeing everything as Ter held Jessie as she passed out after screaming when the other screams erupted, A loud roar erupted from the sky making the men look up aiming their guns looking for a large creature.

Dagger stepped away from the ship grabbing Lyle by his collar slowly backing away when the vines started to unravel from the ship as sharp thorns sprouted out from them as the Vines turned black with white flowers blooming with large teeth as they started snapping their jaws.

Helina felt Raines body start shaking as she screamed another high pitched scream bringing them all down to their knees holding their ears, Rock pulled Helina away from Raine while trying to hold his ears and a white substance poured from Raines body wrapping itself around her body in a cocoon three times the size of Raines body.

" what the hell ha ha " Tom said walking closer to Raines cocoon, when Rock steps out in front of him holding Helina in one arm like a rag doll glaring at Tom showing his teeth.

" my bad " Tom said walking back over beside Dagger like he's the man's bodyguard, Lyle looked over to the cocoon popping his fingers when Dagger glares at him and shakes his head no and Lyle stops then puts his hands in his pocket.

Dagger looked over seeing a hand that was Laying on the ground where the snow was dyed red by blood, he smiled at Lyle handing him a couple daggers as hundreds of daggers floated around his body as they walk over to the pile of snow.

" Tom kick the body out from the snow " Dagger said ignoring the change in the vines and Raines situation, Tom was a big guy so when he kicked her body she rolled over a dozen feet and walks over to the body.

Helina was fighting with Rock trying to get over to Tai and he looked at her in confusion, he knows she loves Raine more than anything so this woman shouldn't mean anything to her.

" she's pretty...is she dead " Tom said w seeing the snowflakes that were blood red melting, he bent down feeling her pulse then smiled caressing her cheek.

" she's dead....I'll be damned Dagger she was the score the boss wanted the most, It's too bad even if she has one like me I still would have had fun with this beauty before killing her " Tom said as Ten walked to Dagger over taking one of the knives that floats by the man and walks closer to Tais body looking at her from head to toe staring at her body since the ice cut her clothes and flesh.

" I wish we had enough time to have fun with her Even though she has a dick like us but I don't mind, we'll have fun with the women inside once we get past those damn vines." Ten said then stabs Tai in the chest and another Roar was heard from the sky when Larissa lands close by them swinging her arm knocking the closet one who was Tom away from Tai where he landed against the vines where two thorns pierced his shoulder and leg.

" OHHH FUCK it's hurts !!! " Tom shouts as he tries to pull his body off the vine and the other men jog over trying to help when they watch the flower above Tom move as the petals open like a mouth with rows of teeth inside of the petals mouth.

Tom felt warm liquid dropping on his head when he saw the other men's faces with wide eyes and looked up seeing one of the flowers opening its petals seeing all the dozens of thorn like teeth raise its head up high then went down biting into his body as it drags his body deeper swallowing him whole as it started chewing him up making the white petals turn red holding the blood inside as a few more flowers around it started dying red.

Over a dozen men was standing close to the vines as some whipped out pulling them into the different white flowers doing the same thing to them as the other flower did to Tom.

" you four back away before you end up like those eight, how far out are the rest of the general's men " Dagger said looking over at Ten who pulled out a device that hasn't kicked in yet.

" I'm not sure we still have twenty to thirty minutes before things start working around here, we need to get inside to finish this or no pay rent except for one " then said looking over at Tais body then to the large Vampire that was watching him like prey, he smirked at her then back to the knife that was still inside of Tais chest.

" Larissa I guess part of our job is done so it's your turn to get inside the ship and I guess we'll take care of the women inside " Dagger said as he brought out more knives that circled around Him at a high speed, Larissa looked at Ten who pulled the blade out from Tais chest.

" ahh that felt so good this bitch was a pain in my ass " Ten said about to stomp his foot down on her face when a large hand wrapped around his torso pulling him back against her chest as her mouth opened wide biting down on his neck and shoulder almost decapitating his head from his body she held his body over Tais letting the blood pour down over her body.

Dagger started throwing knives while walking backwards as the other men raised their arms to fire their guns when she swings her wing slicing their throats throwing them to where their blood was now pouring over Tais body while Larissa reaches down opening her mouth letting blood pour into her mouth.

Rock and Helina and the other five started firing their weapons at Dagger and his men, Helina used her whip blocking the knives and bullets coming their way especially knives being thrown at Larissa.

" keep them back " Lyle said as Dagger retreated while glaring at Helena who blocked all his knives with her whips, Lyle and two others retreat into the trees while the eight others join the other four kept firing on Rock and his group.

Rock picked up the heavy machine gun firing at all the men and emptied the whole line of ammo taking out four of the men while Ter took out another.

Helena wrapped her whip around one of the men's neck then with one yank she cut his head off.

Larissa landed in front of Raines body carrying Tai and when she couldn't get Tai to wake up, she was getting closer to Raines cocoon when Helina ran over holding the cocoon tightly blocking Larissa.

She roared at the two leaning her face close to Raines cocoon with tears coming down her face then snapped her head toward the five men who were left and left Tai with Helena.

Larissa jumped over ripping them to shreds when two dozen more men came out as Rock picked up Raines cocoon while Ter picked up Jessie running for cover as Helena was carrying Tai for cover. Larissa gave them cover getting behind some boulders and finally made her way behind them turning back to her human form, Jessie crawled over to her with a blade digging out the bullets from Larissas body.

Helena got out her extra clothes which happened to be a leather body suit and helped Larissa get dressed while Jessie was using healing serums on Tais body and slit her wrist letting her blood fill Tais mouth to where it was overflowing in her mouth but wasn't going down her throat.
