Chapter 92: Physical Education class

The twins enter the cafeteria when all the students has taken their food. The cafeteria lady told them that they came a bit late, many food is finished, especially the meat dish. The two doesn't really mind, they took anything that is available.

The cafeteria lady like the two friendly and polite good looking students so they ends up piling their tray with food. The twins said their thanks and find an empty seat.

Bai Yi Yang cannot eat as much as Bai Yi Chen so she transfer half of her big portion to Bai Yi Chen. They didn't sit with anyone they know today because seats next to them were already full. The twins is sitting at one of the remaining tables at the edge.

"You are joining the school R&D team? You are in the Mathematics club though, I thought you love Maths." Bai Yi Chen said, reminding Bai Yi Yang about the extracurricular club that she is in.

"Not sure yet. But I know I am more interested in research than Mathematics." Bai Yi Yang laugh.

"Since Sir Austin had said his words, there is no problem if you join the R&D team while registered in Mathematics club. Go join it, I heard the two of you talking, I almost forgot that you are a few minutes younger than me." Bai Yi Chen said teasing.

"Hey!" Bai Yi Yang glare at him.

Just now, Sir Austin suddenly wanted to participate in the High School international R&D competition this year. This competition is common in prestigious school in big cities, even though QiYing High School have a R&D club, they never joined them because it was clear that their students doesn't have the ability to join big competition like this.

Sir Austin is one of the coordinator for the R&D club, which only consists of 15 senior high school students. It is really an unpopular club for the nerds. Unlike the Mathematics club who often send students to Mathematics Olympiad competition, or the language clubs who have their own fun activities, the R&D club is one of the club that is below in the list.

Sir Austin told her that the next competition will be in mid May, they still have enough time to prepare if they really work hard during breaks and after school. He even promised that he will do half of the work, students will only need to finish the other half and prepare for the big presentation.

Anyway, this so-called High School international R&D competition is a low key research competition between High School teachers in their research, in the name of High School students competition. Doing half of the work is already good enough, most school will just choose some students who is good in speaking English and presentation to represent the school.

Bai Yi Yang wasn't worried about the timing or workload, she just doesn't want to stay back at school or whatsoever, that will be a hassle and may disrupt her plan.

When they are done with lunch, they head to the Science lab building again. They have Physics and Geography after this, so they will just go there straight.

The two period after lunch was ordinary. Only when it comes to the last period which is Physical Education did it gets lively. Not only their class who is out in the field now. There is about 8 classes in total, which give Bai Yi Yang culture shock. Her classmates said that all class in Grade 10 and Grade 11 is here. Grade 12 is not here because their PE class is substituted by other classes since they are in the final year. This look just similar to a school sports day.

"So hot! What if our skin got burned. I hate PE." The pretty girls in class complained. Well, it is indeed a bit hot in this school field. This is different that the cool air in the mountain.

'TongTong, do we have natural skin protection to avoid burns?' Bai Yi Yang ask.

'Host, you can just activate Beauty Level 1. You will be able to remain fair with no acne, you will feel cool on your skin even under the sun. You won't get sunburned ah.' TongTong said.

'Okay, go ahead. To level 2.' Bai Yi Yang said while fanning herself. She doesn't dare to take off her jacket now since her hands might get burned. She never thought that the activity will be like this, what kore she don't have a sunscreen.

She finally feel cool and the strong sun didn't feel that biting on her skin again. She finally dare to take off her jacket and put it aside with their piles of school bag. She is now wearing a short sleeve white shirt with their school logo at the sleeve that is worn inside the school jacket, then she tightened her ponytail.

When she turns around to return to their group, a few boys from other class passed by and steal glances at her. Bai Yi Yang didn't notice their admiring look and just pass by.

"Hello student.." A brave boy greet her with shy smiles.

"Ohh..hello.." Bai Yi Yang turn around and replied with a small smile. Then, she ran to her class gathering point.

"Woahh!!" The boys exclaimed and hit their lucky friend who received a sweet smile from a goddess.

That particular boy also feels like he is struck by love arrow and unable to move on. He look at Bai Yi Yang running to her group and only continue walking away when he was pulled by his friends. This must be what they call as love at a first sight right? Of course Bai Yi Yang don't know about this matter.

"You are not scared of sunlight?" Roxy Lee ask Bai Yi Yang. They girls were hiding under the boys shadow, didn't dare to be exposed even a bit.

"No. You can apply sunscreen ah. Should be okay." Bai Yi Yang smile.

"Your skin is so pretty, what brand are you using?" Wang Qing also ask.

"I don't remember the brand. I will text it to you when I returned home." She said another lie. Next time she will buy a good sunscreen to share with the girls. They girls have become friends in their social media, they even have short chat yesterday.

"Send them to me too." The other girls also said.

"Okay." Bai Yi Yang gave an OK sign.

When the other class has started their session, their PE teacher has only arrived after a while. It is a fit looking male teacher in his 30s.

"Sorry students. I was busy with your junior." He said. Other than them, the junior high school is also having their PE now. But they are using the equipment indoor. Bai Yi Yang's classmates told her that they will take turn, on Thursday, they will be using the indoor equipment for their session.

"Yi Chen, you lead the stretching." The teacher called Bai Yi Chen in front.

Bai Yi Chen come forward and lead the class in stretching. After 5 minutes of stretching, the teacher told them to run 2 laps of the school fields. The students start sighing and complaining but the teacher just brush them off. He is already used to this sight.

While jogging for two laps, Bai Yi Yang feels that this is easy like walking but she still didn't want go stand out so she follow her girls classmates pace. They passed through several other class that has finished running the laps, their class is the last one to start running so they finished last too.

Zhang Ming Ming called her and wave. Bai Yi Yang wave back at her. After that, Zhang Ming Ming was bombarded with questions, asking her who that pretty girl she was waving at just now.

"My best friend, Bai Yi Yang." Zhang Ming Ming answer proudly, so this is what it feels like to be a beautiful girl best friends.

When the Class 1 students finished the two laps, everyone was tired but they were immediately asked to line up.

"Alright, count 1,2 and divide yourself into teams. Starting from you." The teacher said. When the two line of girls and boy finished counting, they formed team 1 and team 2.

"Okay, head to the field." The teacher instructed. By now, the students is already excited, they can guess what game they are playing.

"This is the line between Team 1 and Team 2. You can play dodgeball on your own. Be careful not to get injured, don't get to excited. I will return before the class ends." The teacher casually said and left.

"Huh?" Bai Yi Yang was confused.

"Just like that?" She ask the girl in the same team, Mo Yi Ru. They really can just play around on their own?

"Yeah, quick, we can stay behind the others, the other team is too strong. You see, your twin Bai Yi Chen and the bunch is all there. So scary." Mo Yi Ru said.

Bai Yi Yang laugh softly and nod. The boys in their group is indeed the weaker bunch, there is Su Long and the nerdy bunch, only Liu Shan is a bit trustworthy. Whereas Team 2 has more stronger ones.

"Bai Yi Chen, today let's see if you can beat us." Liu Shan said his provocation. The athletic boys in Bai Yi Chen group laugh at him and provoke back. They were just making childish comments, nothings serious.

"Liu Shan ah Liu Shan. You will be the first one that we will target." They said.

After that, the whistle was blowed by one of the students themselves. Then they start playing. Team 2 really aimed at Liu Shan. The clueless Bai Yi Yang who didn't know that 'as long the ball touch you, you die' rules was the first two who was eliminated in Team 1, she 'died' together with a girl in thick spectacles. TongTong almost died laughing when she was eliminated.

"Ohh no..is it painful? Sorry goddess, I will spare you next time." The one who said that was Xu Du Yi, he sent a wink at Bai Yi Yang in teasing manner. Bai Yi Chen also cannot hide his smile seeing his twin sister's blank expressions.

But Bai Yi Yang who was dumbfounded for being eliminated, keep in her mind that she will eliminate this Xu Du Yi first on the next round. While watching Team 1 members being played on a chopping board by Team 2, Bai Yi Yang asked about the rules of the game from her teammates that has been eliminated.

By the time Team 1 lose and Team 2 cheers happily, Bai Yi Yang already understand all the rules. The two teams changed side. Liu Shan, the only competent member of Team 1 has already been played tired by Team 2 but Team 2 still aimed to eliminate him first in this round too.

When the first ball was heading fast towards Su Long and Liu Shan direction, Bai Yi Yang suddenly come forward and perfectly catch the ball. She grinned and before the other team can process the shocking sight, Bai Yi Yang throw the ball with just perfect strength and speed and it directly hits Xu Du Yi knee.

"Bye.." Bai Yi Yang wave and ginned at Xu Du Yi, she show a similar provocative smile at him. Xu Du Yi exit the field still feeling dumbfounded.

Team 1 immediately hyped up and cheers, their spirit is immediately lifted. After waking up to the reality, Team 2 also starts attacking. However, every time they throw a slightly high ball, Bai Yi Yang will ends up catching it and she either 'kill' one of Team 2 member or she will let her teammates to throw it. If Team 2 throw a low ball, then the impact is less and Team 1 member can avoid it but if it is slightly high, Bai Yi Yang will catch it. What a dilemma.

When half of the strong Team 2 member is eliminated, even nerdy boys like Su Long also start making fierce attacks. When Team 1 win the round, they all cheers much more louder than Team 2 did on the first round. They changed court after another round and Team 2 ends up losing all the following 3 games in a row.

"Not playing anymore, it's not fun. I always end up dying first, I am the official game starter okay." Xu Du Yi slumped and sat on the grass.

Team 2 members is also tired of losing so they also don't want to play anymore. So just like that, about 10 minutes before the class ends, they all sat on the fields and chat. Some classes are still playing and some are already resting like them, just chatting around and sitting on the ground.

"You must be holding a grudge against me right?" Xu Du Yi ask as he approached Bai Yi Yang and her teams chatting excitedly about the games.

"Ahh..isn't this the mighty Xu Du Yi. Excuse me, I was the one who hit you in the last game. Why are you bothering our MVP?" Liu Shan came forward puffing his chest.

"I saw she said something to you before you kill me.." Xu Du Yi said.

Bai Yi Yang was looking at him with sharp eyes all the times, she really wanted to eliminate him. Bai Yi Yang feels like she was caught doing something bad so she smile awkwardly.

"Classmate Xu Du Yi, it's a misunderstanding. Come, drink water." Bai Yi Yang gave him Liu Shan's water bottle. Xu Du Yi was flattered but after he found out that Bai Yi Yang gave him Liu Shan water bottle, he went to complain to Bai Yi Chen.

"You provoke her first remember?" Bai Yi Chen only laugh.

"That was…fine..I did!" Xu Du Yi admits his fault and didn't say anything anymore.

When the teacher arrives, he said a few words before dismissing them when the bell rings.

They still have to return to class to take their phone before they can leave, so Bai Yi Yang walks with her female classmates to their classroom. That's when the boy student that she met in the field before the PE class started just now came and intercept them, he said that he said his name and said that he is from Grade 11 Class 2. After giving her a bottle of isotonic drink from the vending machine, he ran to catch up with his friends. He leave with all smiles on his face.

"Oh, that senior is pursuing you?" A girl ask. Bai Yi Yang never experienced this kind of things so she said that she didn't know and told them to ignore it. When they arrived in class, she gave the drink to Bai Yi Chen who immediately drinks it.

The day at school ended just like that. The bus also leave earlier this time. Maybe because it was PE class before the school ends, so the students were especially quick. They leave at 4.15 pm and arrive at the village bus stop at 4.30 pm, just in time when Bai Yi Ling school bus also arrived.
