CHAPTER 16:DATE ME

Arya grabs the cricket bat, surprising the senior bullies and Sang-hee. They step back as she moves towards Min-ho, who looks tired and has a bleeding nose. Concerned, Arya gives him her handkerchief, gently wiping away the blood from his nose and shirt.

An overly angered senior attempts to attack Arya, Seo-joon steps in at the entrance. "Hello, seniors! Long time no see. Don't you dare lay your dirty hands on my beautiful tutor. I promise Sang-hee that I will put an end to this shameless fight you guys started. Ufff! Arya, hurry to attend the class so that I can learn from you. Go to the classroom," he says.

Arya, expressing gratitude, heads towards Seo-joon, who holds Min-ho and guides him to the washroom.

Sang-hee signals a 'no' to the senior bullies as Seo-joon moves back in the face of the senior named Lee joon- woo, who raises his voice, "Why the hell did you stop us? If he's not your boyfriend, I would cut off his boneless tongue for his overaction behavior with us. First, teach him how to respect seniors. I had planned so many schemes for hurting that cunt Min-ho and your brainless boyfriend ruined my whole mood."

Sang-hee corrects her tone, "I signaled you to stop hurting him for now. You guys definitely have many chances to hurt him when he's not with Arya or Seo-joon. Just plan an idea and tell your girl, Kim-jiin, to call him to a place where you can torture him as you wish."

Arya assists Min-ho in washing his face before heading to the medical room to obtain first aid. Returning with water for Min-ho, her actions are observed by Seo-joon, whose expression holds a strange positivity and possiveness clearly visible on his glowing face.

Arya, with a sympathetic voice, asks, "Do you feel better?"

Min-ho responds, "Huh! I am okay, but if you had stopped that fight before I got hurt, I would have been completely fine."

Arya continues, "Do you know that it took me so much courage to confront them and save you? I never wanted to get involved with those bullies. They are like fucking blood-sucking parasites. Once they target someone who is poor and doesn't have an authorized guardian, they will get destroyed completely by those brainless idiots. Still, I took a stand for you, and we should thank Seo-joon.He arrived perfectly at the right time to save us."

With a dedicated mind, Arya applies the bandage on Min-ho's head.

Suddenly, Kim Jiin appears, pushing Arya aside. She cries, "Thank God you're doing well. If something happened to you, I wouldn't have a reason to live in this useless class. I missed you so much, Min-ho, and I love you."

A tight hug from Kim Jiin to Min-ho leaves Arya in shock. The unexpected revelation of Min-ho's relationship dims Arya's face a little.

As the couple continues their conversation, Arya slowly walks out of the place to her class. Seo-joon notices and joins her, offering company and asking questions about science.

Arya, with a smiley face, says, "Thank you so much, Seo-joon, for saving us. I thought I was going to die by their hands, and you came like a superhero."

Seo-joon responds, "I helped you, so you need to do something to repay my kindness."

Arya notices Sang-hee walking straight towards them, so she grabs Seo-joon's hand and runs towards the corner, hiding near the storage room. This action causes Seo-joon to blush with a red face as he looks at Arya holding his hand tightly. They continue to spy on Sang-hee.

Arya, with a husky voice, asks, "What should I do? What do you need from me? Is there anything else?"

Seo-joon responds with a cute tone, "Huh! You have perfect timing to do anything else."

Arya, in a confused state of mind, questions, "What?"

Seo-joon replies, "You have to date me."

Arya laughs, "I know you're joking. Stop with your jokes. Now, seriously, tell me how can I repay your kindness?"

Seo-joon comes closer to Arya, making her nervous, but she tries to act normal. "Seriously, I want to date you this weekend."

Arya's heartbeat starts to race faster, her forehead releases sweat slowly flowing down towards her cheeks. She wipes it off with her hand and replies, "Why me?"

Seo-joon responds, "Okay, if you come with me today, you have to spend just two hours with me. If you change the date to the weekend, you should spend the whole day with me. How about your choice? Take your own time. Now, I have to go back to class because now our class teacher will come to give a test on biology."

Arya asks, "Huh! What's the topic for the test?"

Seo-joon replies, "The topic is the human reproductive system."

Arya exclaims, "Excuse me?"

Seo-joon reassures, "Anyway, you will get good marks, so don't overthink and come quickly to the classroom."

Kim Jiinwoth says, "I missed you so much, baby. Trust me, I felt sorry for your father's death. Where are you living now? Are still living with your evil stepmother and your half-siblings hate you. How did you surviving with them?"

Min-ho answers, "Honey, I missed you too. I am perfectly alright because of Arya. I am not living with my stepmom and I moved somewhere else."

Kim Jiin, with a frustrated voice, says, "Don't trust Arya. You know those girls are waiting to grab another woman's man. She is kind to you because she wants to separate us. I want to talk to you about something, so come to the place where we usually meet. Now we have to attend class, so come with me."

As the couple enters the classroom, Kim Jiin signals the bullies staying opposite to them with a thumbs up for the plan, which is noticed by Seo-joon.

As the class starts, the class teacher, Ms. Lee Min-Yeon, arrives with warm greetings and hands out test papers to the students. She instructs the students to write the class test without any malfunctions.

Half of the students find the questions challenging, while Arya and Seo-joon provide perfect answers. Mi cha sang-hee was totally dissatisfied with the questions.

When the bell rings, everyone submits their answer sheets in front of the teacher's table.
