Hank didn't want to protect Magneto and the mutants of the Brotherhood, Xavier had his chance to stop Apocalypse but failed, Hank and several mutants got hurt because of it and Jubilee could be in danger.

Hank knew that if the Avengers were fighting with them, Apocalypse would be easily defeated and the mutants of the Brotherhood would no longer be a problem for them, now Hank would let Battle Sage do as he pleased.

Kitty was relieved to have Hank's authorization to warn Jack, she was feeling bad for having to hide it from him even though she knew it was the wrong thing to do.

"Magik, open a portal for me to near the center of the Avengers," said Kitty.

Magik opened a portal near the headquarters of the Avengers, as the Avengers were powerful heroes, Magik and Nightcrawler had already prepared a portal near their headquarters in case of emergency.

Kitty called Jack as soon as Magik closed the portal, she knew Jack also had a teleportation ability, but with the threat of Apocalypse, she hoped Jack wouldn't want to go to the X-mansion before dealing with Apocalypse.

"Hey, Kitty, it's been a while since I talked to you, is something wrong?" Jack asked.

"Unfortunately something happened, I'm near the headquarters of the Avengers, if you can come here, it's important," said Kitty.

Jack didn't expect that after being able to rest for a while, another problem could happen. As it could be a secret of the X-men, Jack didn't bring Natasha with him and located where Kitty was and teleported to her.

"Kitty, I'm glad you're okay, what happened?" Jack asked.

"I don't know how I can explain this to you, I just hope you don't get angry with Professor Xavier, a powerful mutant who appeared in recent days, a mutant god who lived in ancient Egypt," said Kitty.

Jack was already angry when Jack heard Kitty tell him not to get angry with Charles. When he heard about an ancient god in Egypt, Jack already knew the problem was Apocalypse, it was a really serious problem for the mutants.

"This mutant god is called En Sabah Nur but is also known as Apocalypse. He was awakened by Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants."

"Mystique came to the X-Mansion and told us that Magneto awakened Apocalypse, but she was against it and said it was dangerous. She also said that Apocalypse had increased his powers and controlled Magneto's mind."

"Mystique said that En Sabah Nur wanted to kill millions of humans with Magneto's powers, and Magneto suggested that Apocalypse take some of the X-Men to be his Horsemen of Apocalypse."

"So Apocalypse and the Mutants of the Brotherhood attacked the X-Mansion and defeated us. Several mutants were injured, and Scott, Storm, and Angel were captured and transformed into Horsemen of Apocalypse," Kitty said.

Kitty didn't want to irritate Jack further, so she didn't tell him that Jean had awakened the Phoenix. In fact, besides the older mutants, the other mutants didn't even know about the Phoenix, so Kitty thought Jack didn't know either.

Kitty thought this wouldn't be a problem since Jean, Rachel, and Hope had controlled the Phoenix. But by doing so, Kitty also didn't tell Jack that Jubilee was more seriously injured, as she hadn't seen how hurt Jubilee was.

Kitty didn't know it now, but she would regret not telling Jack the truth. After all, if Jack knew everything, he could use his healing abilities to heal all the mutants and Jubilee. But Kitty didn't want Jack to fight with the X-Men.

As Kitty had hoped, Jack was a little annoyed with Charles, but he was much more disappointed than angry with the X-Men. Apocalypse could be one of the worst enemies of mutants.

With Charles knew that Apocalypse controlled Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants and that they would attack the X-Men to capture more mutants, and then Apocalypse would try to kill millions of people, not even that made Charles call Jack.

And Jack, who hadn't thought of being a common hero yet, still lost months of his time trying to get close to the X-Men to gain some trust, but this proved useless. Even Mystique betrayed the Brotherhood of Mutants, realizing how important it was.

But Charles didn't want to call Jack, his mutant friends didn't think of calling him either and betraying Professor Xavier for the greater good. Anna, his ex-girlfriend, and Kitty, his great friend, didn't do it either. Jack was very disappointed.

"Don't worry, Kitty, I'll gather the Avengers and we'll fix this. If possible, try to make sure the X-men don't come to not interfere," said Jack.

"I thought we could help. Some of the X-men can still fight. They might want to get revenge on Apocalypse. I can also go with you," said Kitty.

"I'm sorry, Kitty, the Avengers and I will treat the members of the Brotherhood of Mutants and Apocalypse as enemies. We'll use all our strength to stop them from causing more chaos. Some of the X-men don't have that resolution," said Jack.

"I understand. I hope you don't hurt Scott, Storm, and Angel. They're really being controlled by Apocalypse. If you can, try not to kill the other mutants either. You can arrest them or do something else if you can," said Kitty.

"I didn't expect even you to think that way, Kitty. They're villains. They're people who don't hesitate to kill others to pursue their goals. I don't want any Avengers to get hurt for not using their full force," said Jack.

"It's not that, Jack! I just don't want you to distance yourself even more from the X-men. If you kill the Mutants of Brotherhood, I think Professor Xavier and other X-men won't want you around anymore," said Kitty.

Jack also knew that, so the last few times he hesitated to arrest Magneto and the Mutants of Brotherhood, but his decision did nothing since Charles didn't call him when it was necessary. Now Jack had to undo his mistake.

"All right, Kitty, I'll see what I can do. Do you want me to take you to the X-mansion?" Jack asked.

"No need, Magik can pick me up here. I hope you can stop Apocalypse, Jack, or it'll be the end of mutants beyond the end of the world," said Kitty.

"Don't worry, Apocalypse will regret awakening in this era," said Jack.
