The faint cries of a few people and the roars of monsters came from the stairs. Zhou Chen knew that at least three Survivors were fighting monsters inside.

"Monsters are guarding the stairs?"

Zhou Chen was immediately interested. He walked cautiously into the stairs.

Just as he reached the corner of the stairs, he encountered a man who was running up. There was a large cut on the man's shirt, and blood was flowing from it.

He hurriedly came up the stairs and ran past Zhou Chen without saying a word.

Zhou Chen was even more careful when he saw this. He slowed down and walked to the bottom of the stairs, where he saw a hall.

There was a battle going on in the hall. Two men and one woman were fighting a two-meter tall monster that looked like a bear.

The monster had thick fur and long claws. It was very strong and agile. Any of its casual strikes could give the Survivors a hard time.
