Kugisaki Nobara

In the Takeshita Street, Harajuku, Tokyo

Megumi, Yuji and I were currently waiting on Gojo-sensei and our fourth classmate, Kugisaki Nobara.

"How are there only 4 first-years? Isn't that too few?" Yuji asked while eating his ice cream

"I mean, think about it. Have you ever met anyone who can see curses?"

"Not really." Yuji answered Megumi's question after taking a few seconds to think about it

"That is just how rare we jujutsu sorcerers are." Megumi said

"Though a lot of normal people can see curses but it requires a really strong stimulus for them to do that. And it is not guaranteed that they will continue to see those curses or whether they will go back to the level of a civilian since talent also playa a really important role."

I said after putting my phone inside my pocket.

"What do you mean go back? I can still see curses just fine."

"Like I said, talent plays an important role. Though to be honest, you are just a special case since you possess a good amount of cursed energy after consuming Sukuna."

"Huh? But what why did you say that you only felt a normal amount of cursed energy from me back in school?"

"I was talking about the amount of cursed energy you were releasing rather than the cursed energy you have inside of your body."

"Hmm. I don't really get much of this stuff."

"Don't worry. You will learn about it eventually." I said and lightly slapped his back

"Okay!" Yuji said with a wide smile on his face.

"Sorry for the wait!"

We all turned to see Gojo sensei waving at us.

"Oh? Looks like your uniform arrived on time."

"Yeah. It's a perfect fit. Though it's a little different from Fushiguro's and Aizen's."

"That's because uniforms can be customised on request."

"Huh? But I never put in any requests."

"I am the one who put in the custom order." Gojo sensei said

"Did you put a custom order too?" Yuji asked as he looked at my uniform which was completely different from them

I was wearing black trousers and a white half-sleeved t-shirt with high collars and a white full sleeved t-shirt underneath it along with normal Nike sport shoes.

I didn't have the gold and black spiral button attached to my clothes but instead had the same coloured and patterned bracelet.

It was a very average clothing in terms of fashion but it was comfortable and I am not really trying to look fashionable while I am fighting.

"Yeah. I didn't like the standard uniform at all." I replied

"Do you like the uniform Fushiguro?" Yuji asked

"I don't really care. But why are we meeting in Harajuku?" Megumi answered Yuji's question and then turned to Gojo sensei.

"Because she wanted to meet up at this place." Gojo sensei said while Yuji and I discussed just how much of an introvert Megumi is

"Hey popcorn! I want some." Yuji said and happily walked over to the shop

A few minutes later, we saw a middle aged man getting held by his collar as he tried to run away by a teenage girl who we all immediately recognised as she was wearing the Jujutsu High uniform as well.

"We are about to go talk to her? This is a bit embarrassing." Yuji said

""So are you!"" Megumi and I said at the same time

I am not gonna lie. Everyone should have a 'Yuji' in their life but this was just way too embarrassing and I am absolutely certain this won't be the last time I will get judging looks from the public for standing with a guy wearing 'Rock' shaped sunglasses and stuffing his face like an idiot.

"Hey! Over here!" Gojo sensei said with his never stopping over enthusiasm.

'He is also in the same category as Yuji. No, to be honest he is worse.'

I shuddered as I recalled how much this guy embarrassed me when I was having dinner with my girlfriend and parents.

I arranged the dinner to introduce my parents to her yet that guy was just 'coincidentally' having dinner at the same restaurant.

FYI, I was back at my hometown in Okinawa.

"I am Itadori Yuji! I am from Sendai."

"Fushiguro Megumi."

The two of them introduced themselves to Kugisaki which jerked me out of the memory lane.

"Oh..I am Sosuke Aizen. I am from Okinawa. Nice to meet you"

I think I was a little bit late in my introduction and there was just silence for a few seconds as everyone just stared at me waiting for my introduction.

This was evident from the exhausted sigh she released though I suppose she was going to do that either way.

I don't really remember these tiny details from the anime but as they happen I start to recall them which just gives me a Deja Vu.

"Are we going somewhere from here?" Megumi asked sensei.

Gojo sensei chuckled a bit and said, "Well we do have all four of you together and three of you are from the countryside so of course we are going on a tour of Tokyo!!"

"Tokyo! Tokyo! We love Tokyo!!" Kugisaki and Yuji both danced along with Gojo sensei whereas Megumi and I just stared at them.

Although I am from the countryside, I have been living in Tokyo for ever since middle school.

So he shouldn't put me along with them but anyway.

"Now I will announce our destination. We are going to...Roppongi!!"

Gojo sensei yelled as Yuji and Kugisaki repeated the words Roppongi with heart in their eyes.

A few moments later, they yelled at sensei for deceiving them.

Sensei then sent Yuji and Kugisaki into the building to exorcise the curse while him, Megumi and I sat outside.

"What is exactly the point of this?" Megumi asked

"That guy Yuji, he is missing a few up here. He doesn't hesitate at all when it comes to killing curses when he isn't even familiar with them. He is crazy enough to sacrifice himself in order to save even a single person. So I want to use this mission to see just how crazy she can be."

"You both have seen many people quitting the life of a sorcerer because of how difficult it can be. Unlike principal Yaga, I think you need a little motivation and huge amounts of crazy in order to be a jujutsu sorcerer."

"Well I think she is crazy enough. Judging from her behaviour" I said and Gojo sensei just chuckled in return.

A few minutes later, we saw a cursed spirit escaping from the building, but suddenly his heart was pierced from the inside.

That was Kugisaki Nobara's cursed technique.

When I was watching the show and saw this the first time, I always thought of it as a weak technique but 'Hairpin' and 'Resonance' are very powerful techniques.

When right conditions are met, those techniques can be much more useful than any other. Of course with exceptions of mine, Gojo sensei's, Suguru Geto's and basically every single special grade jujutsu sorcerer's cursed techniques.

Afterwards, we dropped off a child the two of them saved to his home, got dinner and then went back to Jujutsu High.

Today was a quiet day but I suppose I will fave some fun tomorrow.

The day of the incident of the Juvenile Detention Centre will be here in two weeks.

Knowing the behaviour of higher ups in the Jujutsu society, they will probably give me a different mission and send the three of them to fight the special grade cursed spirit.

Now, I can't let that happen.

As an aftermath of this incident, Sukuna will force a binding vow on Yuji.

I don't know what he will do eventually since I only saw the season 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen and didn't follow the manga but it is bound to be catastrophic.

I want to stop Yuji from getting into a binding vow with Sukuna. Since he got into a pact with him because he was weak, if I train him to be strong enough to fend for himself he might never get into a binding vow with him.
