Planning for Amegakure, Boss behind the Scene.

A few days passed since Kaguya was unsealed by Hiroto. These days, except for going out and killing Chakra Animals, Kaguya read the books given to her by Mito and Tsunade.

The two had decided to teach her some common sense and make sure she wouldn't do anything stupid.

As Tsunade had other duties as Hokage, Mito is the one who taught Kaguya and spent time with her.

As for Tsunade, she didn't forget about the scene of Moon Falling, and she knew that the other villages will send their spies for this. So she took this opportunity to clear all the spies in the Land of Fire and use them to gain more information about other villages.

Sunagakure had been trying to contact her regarding the forest outside their village. They were scared of the fact that other village ninjas came to their village, and they didn't know anything. They were also excited at the fact that Hokage could help them in transforming the Desert into a Forest as it would help them in solving many internal problems.

Kaguya had been shocked and amazed at the development of the world. The way now Ninjas used Chakra marveled her, and she understood what Hiroto meant by 'training her'. Seeing this, she is excited about the training, but before that, she planned on getting her body back, i.e. The Demonic Statue of Outer Path, and absorbing it.

"When are we going to get my body back?" Kaguya asked Hiroto, who is studying a book.

'I also need to absorb Zetsu and get the knowledge it has.'

"Let Tsuna come, we will discuss the Plan then," Hiroto said without looking at her while reading the seals that Mito copied on the Moon.

Hearing this, Kaguya nodded and she opened her Byakugan, but she couldn't see Tsunade in the office as the Hokage Building is covered by seals.

Seeing this, she thought of Isshiki and wondered if he learned these things. Thinking of his arrogance, she didn't think Isshiki would have even tried it.

A few hours later, Tsunade arrived and found everyone in the meeting room. Seeing this, she sighed and walked into the meeting room. There, she saw Minato, Hashirama, Tobirama, Mito, Hiroto, Kushina, and Kaguya sitting at a round table with one seat left. She went to her place and sat down.

"So, what are we discussing today?" Tsunade asked and hearing this, everyone looked at Kaguya and understood it is about her.

"We are going to attack Akatsuki, i.e. Amegakure," Hiroto said and everyone saw the table lit up and some faces appeared on it.

"These are the members of Akatsuki, though the information isn't 100% true. The last time I checked was a year ago and someone could have died or left the organization."

"Deidara, Hidan, Jūzō Biwa, Kakuzu, Kisame Hoshigaki, Konan, Nagato, Sasori, Tobi, White Zetsu, and Black Zetsu. They could be considered as main members with the strongest being Nagato, i.e. Pain. You all can check their abilities, and who they are."

"Minato Nii, You can deal with Tobi, i.e. Obito, after all, you have personal enmity with him," Hiroto said as he looked at Minato looking shocked after knowing the masked man's real identity.

"Thank You Hiroto, but what about Kushina?"

"She knows. But she doesn't want to meet as she wouldn't be able to hold herself and she doesn't want to kill someone she considered as her son." Hiroto said with a sad voice, and hearing this, everyone looked at Minato and Tobi, and let him deal with him.

"Kaguya, you can deal with Black Zetsu, and take all the While Zetsus."

Kaguya looked at Hiroto and nodded. She hadn't expected someone to awaken a Rinnegan in the world.

"As for others, I am sure Grandpa would like to deal with Kakuza. After all, he boasts that he survived even after trying to assassinate the First Hokage." Hearing this, everyone looked at Hashirama and Kakuzu, Knowing Hashirama's abilities, they all had strange faces and then they heard Hashirama laughing, "Ahahaha! I remember. He is the guy who threw a Shuriken at me from a Km away and then ran away, I let him go as I had to focus on someone else. I didn't expect he is still alive."

Everyone in the room chuckled as they heard this and now they understood why Kakuzu could survive after 'assassinating' him.

"Then what are we doing here, Hiro, you could have just sent Grandpa and Minato there, they two alone are enough to bring the whole Akatsuki down," Tsunade asked, and hearing this, they all nodded.

"Umm! I know, But instead of killing them, would it be better to have our own mercenary organization? With them under us, the whole Amegakure could be considered us too." Hiroto said and they all understood what he plans to do.

"So that's how you want to unite the world, by making the leaders subordinates of Konoha and in the future, release the news when you find a good opportunity," Tobirama said and Hiroto and Tsunade nodded at him.

"When do you think the whole world united last time?" Hiroto asked and they thought of the time when Hashirama and Madara fought against the world.

"Against a single enemy, the whole world united." Minato said and hearing this, Kaguya who had been silent spoke, "Do you plan to use the coming Otsutsukis as the opportunity?"

Hearing this, everyone had a surprised face as they hadn't expected her to speak. After all, since when she was unsealed, the number of sentences she had spoken on her own is less than a hundred.

A smile appeared on Hiroto's face and he said, "Yes! When the five Major villages will be under us, we will be releasing the news of foreign enemies and using the chance to create a different government for the whole world. Till then, We have to make sure you will be stronger than Isshiki, or you can leave him to us."

"No, I will be the one to kill him," Kaguya said in a cold tone and Hiroto nodded while he inwardly smiled at the plan he had thought of.
