After asking the question Shishui was excited to hear the answer he thought maybe he can also have the same power if not even the same power at least some fraction of that power he can, but the moment he hears the answer all the excitement and expectations drain down from his face till his toes.

See at first I told you how I got the power but no one will believe it even if say it to them face-to-face, Shishui you are the best example no one will believe me even if I say the truth. And even if you ask me to explain the power of Saitama then I am sorry I don't know how his power works all that knowledge is that if he tried to seriously fight then there will be not many anime characters who can face him head-on only some handful of characters can face his power and they might also get injured or be disabled in the fight.

" Since you are this strong then do you even need my help to build the empire you can just control all the villages with your power".

And it is guaranteed by the time Itachi grows up he will be even more powerful than now so at that time no one can stop Itachi from building his shinobi empire so it is better to join Itachi now than wait for Itachi to grow up and do all the work by himself.

No matter what was said Shishui took the role of Prime Minister and made me take the role of Emperor. I thought that Shishui will be my spokesman and I will be a shadow ruler behind the curtain but who would have known that Shishui would be this adamant about making me take the role of Emperor?

We both settled with the role of Emperor taken by me and the role of Prime Minister (right-hand man) being taken by the Shishui.

So do not mention your power to anyone again".

Shishui gets happy seeing Itachi worry for him even after mentioning his power there was no greed or aversion in the eyes of Itachi, there was just worry for his friend in his eyes.

" Ok, even if both of us join our hands to create the empire there will be a lot of bloodshed on the road leading to the creation of an empire".

"That is why I have selected the next member who will join our group, at first I was thinking about how to convince him to join our group but with your mangekyou ability there is no need to worry about him now".

That is why I was thinking about how to convince him to join our cause, but with your power, I am guaranteed that we can make him our group member".

A/N:- In the month of March I was very busy, so I was not able to write the story but after putting a pen down over weeks it is harder to take up the pen and start writing again as you know I would always postpone it by saying I will start writing by this Monday, then Monday comes but I have not even written a single letter just like this 2 Monday came and went this is the 3rd Monday and I have just started writing again because yesterday I saw the comment that said to "come back and want to know more of the story."
