Without sparing Polaris another glance, Su Mu put on his sunglasses and stepped onto the street.
As soon as he arrived, he noticed people pointing and whispering, catching snippets like:
"White hair and wearing sunglasses... Could he be the White-Haired Demon?"
A nearby companion shook his head and replied, "Probably just a copycat. No way a random guy on the street would be the White-Haired Demon."
Su Mu raised an eyebrow. *White-Haired Demon?* Then, he noticed a large screen by the street. After watching for a moment, he understood... He was famous?
On the screen, a man in his thirties spoke passionately.
"I was hiding in a nearby shop, just meters from the White-Haired Demon, and I saw him battle another mutant firsthand. I'm certain he's stronger than Magneto himself—the strongest mutant alive today!"
*What...?*
Su Mu felt a few veins pop. What was this reporter saying? He definitely planned to be the strongest mutant one day, but he wasn't there yet. His Limitless Technique couldn't even fully defend against psychic attacks, let alone match the power of the Dark Phoenix.
Declaring him the strongest now? How was he supposed to develop in peace?
The reporter's name displayed on the screen below: *Eddie Brock.*
The name tickled Su Mu's memory. After a moment, he remembered—*Venom*! "Alright then, my cute little friend. When we meet, I'll be sure to 'take good care' of you."
Shrugging off Eddie Brock, Su Mu set his sights on the tallest building in Manhattan: Stark Tower.
If he wanted the Arc Reactor, he'd need to meet Tony Stark. The quickest route was heading straight to Stark Tower. Tony had recently returned and would soon have a falling-out with Obadiah Stane. Saving him in the nick of time should be worth an Arc Reactor, right? If Tony was still reluctant to hand one over... well, he already had one on him.
With his hoodie pulled up, Su Mu strolled towards Stark Tower.
Around him, the light dimmed slightly as he absorbed various types of energy that regular people couldn't perceive. Thanks to his Second-Level Six Eyes and Third-Level Energy Absorption, his intake was constant and subtle.
The system continued to chime:
**[Energy Point +1]**
**[Energy Point +1]**
**[Six Eyes Experience +1]**
**[Energy Absorption Experience +1]**
Stark Tower, towering over Manhattan's Upper East Side, was one of Marvel's most iconic buildings, with its distinctive duck-bill-like top—a tribute to Tony Stark's flashy personality.
It was already late when Su Mu reached Stark Tower's front entrance. As he approached, several security guards blocked his path.
One of them said, "Sir, please show your ID."
Of course, Su Mu didn't have one. He'd anticipated resistance but said truthfully, "I have urgent business with Tony Stark. Please inform him."
The guards froze for a moment before exchanging glances. They wanted to laugh but held back with professional restraint. Barely containing their amusement, one replied, "Sir, it's not April Fool's Day. This isn't funny."
Su Mu expected this reaction and sighed, running his hand through his white hair.
"I assure you, gentlemen, this isn't a joke."
Seeing that Su Mu wasn't leaving and even seemed intent on pressing the matter, the guards' faces turned serious. They were beginning to consider him a troublemaker.
Just as Su Mu prepared to display a bit of his abilities to "persuade" them, a few vehicles pulled up, and a female figure stepped out, followed by several stern-looking men in black.
The group saw the confrontation at the entrance but paid it no mind, continuing briskly inside, clearly with more pressing matters.
Su Mu immediately recognized the woman leading the group: blonde hair and a black dress—*Pepper Potts*.
"Well, it seems my hero moment is almost here," Su Mu mused, stroking his chin thoughtfully.
Looking at the guards slowly closing in on him, Su Mu took off his round-framed sunglasses, revealing a pair of glowing, vibrant blue eyes.
The guards froze, their minds replaying the hottest recent news.
*The White-Haired Demon!*
As their consciousnesses faded, they saw the man's lips curve into a smirk as he whispered:
"Apologies, gentlemen, but please… take a 'break.'"

Meanwhile, Pepper Potts led the agents inside, moving swiftly through the tower.
After Agent Coulson used a small explosive to disable a lock, they continued to the inner section labeled Zone 16.
Zone 16 was dimly lit, filled with machinery, and from the ceiling hung multiple thick iron chains. In one corner, a rough, massive suit of armor rested.
Coulson, glancing at the armor, turned to Pepper and said, "Looks like you were right. He's building a suit."
They pressed on, and as Pepper passed a monitor filled with complex calculations, she halted, pausing before a tangle of chains—just as something lit up in the dark.
Suddenly, two enormous eyes radiating a ghostly white glow appeared.
"Ahhhh!"
Pepper's scream shattered the silence, and she bolted for the exit as the towering metal suit of *Iron Monger* pursued her.
The agents instinctively fired their guns at the hulking figure, but they were quickly crushed by its powerful fists. In mere seconds, only Coulson and Pepper remained.
Pepper slipped through a narrow door, and the massive suit got jammed against the reinforced wall, giving her a moment to escape.
As she ran past the Arc Reactor in the building's main hall, she noticed something from the corner of her eye.
Countless crackling, white electric currents flowed from the Arc Reactor, surrounding a striking man with white hair.
Despite the terrifying voltage, the man remained unharmed. He even raised his arms, his vivid blue eyes alight with satisfaction.
"More... I need more!"
Watching this unbelievable scene, Pepper stopped in her tracks, momentarily forgetting her escape.
