New Development

    I did not understand how I was feeling hearing him say all that. Rejoicing means I am happy my sister is dead which is not the case.

  "You don't have to think too much about it. Life has a way of making our dreams come through. Have you not realized that for you to attend a certain position in life, someone has to move away or leave your life. That's how it is in your case. Congratulations"

"Thanks Thomas, I owe you big"

He chuckled, "you owe me nothing. All you have to do for me is always make sure you are happy. It is your responsibility to do so"

I nodded and he gave me a thumbs up.

Zain's point of view…..

   Being in this room for a while now waiting for Jenny to come inside which looked like she was not coming so soon.

  I had decided to go see what she was doing when her phone rang. It was Owen and I am not surprised he called Jenny's phone instead of mine.

   I know Owen too well and I am sure because he is feeling guilty, that's why he left. No hard feelings though. He is still my brother regardless of what he has done.

  He did not say much and at the end, I told him his sweetheart is dead. He must be in shock by now.

   When I saw Jenny heading to Thomas's apartment, I decided to take a breath of fresh air.

  Hanging out with the boys would be the right thing to do.

I dropped her phone I had been holding for a while then picked my car key and left my room. I did not see anyone, meaning they are in their various rooms.

    My heart skipped several beats each time I remembered that Lizzy is right under my roof.

  I haven't decided on what to do with her yet.

      Kicking my car into life, I drove out of the house.

  With one hand on the starring, I quickly typed a message to the twins, telling them to meet me at Harrison if they are free. Even if they are not free, they will create time for themselves. These two guys cherish the time we spent with each other so much.

   It took me just fifteen minutes to get to Harrison's place. The road was free so I had no trouble driving.

   Parking at a safe distance, I got down and headed towards Harrison's driveway. He was standing right at the door with a look of displeasure on his face.

  "You did not tell me you were coming. Imaging hearing it from Ethan"

"Sorry man, my bad. But when did coming to your place unannounced become a problem?"

I questioned him and he sent me a dagger look.

  "Since I had a girlfriend"

He replied, groaning. I was surprised, infact, surprise is an understatement. Harrison has a girlfriend?

 "Dude, how come you did not tell us that we have new addition into the family"

   He glared at me and went inside without inviting me in.

  "I was going to tell you all later, we are just a day old."

He replied like he doesn't want to talk about it.

  The unexpected news did not stop me from noticing the new changes around his living room and I am sure it the same all his apartment 

 The furniture and decoration is different from what I remembered. The walls are painted black and white; I think they were dark grey before. And the living room looks so clean. No mess of any kind on the floor. I wonder if he cleaned it for her sake.

    He always hated cleaning things because he's very messy and messy people don't have time for cleanliness. I can imagine him doing something like this. 

"Did you clean here up or?"

I asked, staring at him. He didn't answer and just sat on the couch. "Why do you care?" he said, glaring at me again.

"I just...I never imagined your place all cleaned up. The girl must be lucky"

I winked at him and he huffed.

  "You don't know me well then"

I started laughing.

"I have known you for as long as I can remember. Clean house has never been something on your agenda. So coming here and meeting it all clean and fresh did not match The Harrison I know. Anyway, it's a good development."

  I looked away when he glared at me. I knew I'm right. It just felt weird that he cleaned his own apartment.

"Whatever you think this is, it is up to you." He said, shaking his head. He stood up and left after he could not stand my smirk, "let me get you something to drink while we wait for others"

I chuckled after he left." This is unbelievable"
