My guardian angel

At first, my body felt numb. Then slowly, I began to regain consciousness. 

My head was fuzzy and light. My eyes were blurry from the bright light. My mind was foggy and I seriously felt thirsty.

I blinked several times before my vision became clearer and I found myself sitted in a park.

It was a sunny day, and I was no longer in my uniform. Instead, I was in a light blue dress and black flats.

Kids were running happily around. I could feel their laughter and feel their peace.

Is this freedom?

I thought to myself as I watched the children scattered around playing.

"Raven!" 

I turned at the sound of my name and saw a man walking towards me.

He was dressed in a white round neck top, brown trousers, and white sneakers. He hair was brown, with little specks of white and he looked like he was in his early thirties.

When he got to my side, he sat beside me on the bench and I moved a little.
