Tragic encounter
In front, a man, a woman, and a beast faced a king-level dark-bone spirit. Even when they were not confident in winning, their bravery and thirst to survive helped them to keep standing in the face of a beast that was a whole level above them.
While at the back, Berthold, Sofia, and Iris had already started to move toward the two guard-level dark-bone spirits. They planned to kill these two beasts quickly before providing support to Lisa and the captain.
The king-level dark-bone spirit suddenly started laughing in a strange way the moment it saw that the humans wanted to fight, similarly, the two dark-bone spirits that were at the guard level did not react to the actions of the three who were charging at them.
The beast laughed for a while before its three eyes stared at Sandalphon's face with a strange light as it opened its cracked-like mouth, revealing rows of sharp yellow teeth.
