Cultivating Diligently!
During the night, under the moonlight is a young man, no, calling him a young man will be wrong as he is still a little boy, he is cultivating diligently at this moment but suddenly stopped as if taking a rest!
'Why did I keep failing?' Liam asked himself this question, if he was in the moonlight family, he will have given up by now!

"Haa…" Liam slowly exhale.
He inhale a long deep breath and exhale slowly as well, he slowly exhale again and repeat that, he managed to calm his racing heart.
Liam opened his eyes with clarity shining in them, he is ready to try it again, he needed to balance the work and rest ratio in his cultivation, and he sat down again and closed his eyes.
This time he managed to quickly completed the visualization which brought a smile to his face and led to him to remembering a saying from his past life, 'Indeed, practice makes perfect'
He quickly discarded the thought and throw it to the back of his mind and decided to fill the first node with energy, the tug and pain assaulted him again but he managed to endure it without a grunt escaping from his lips!
Liam steel his resolve and fill the second node, he slowly injected more energy until it reaches the second node, a new pain assaulted his mind again, and he gritted his teeth and hold on for a while without increasing or decreasing the energy supply.
Liam slowly inhale and exhale, he stabilize his breath again and with a renew motivation, he injected more energy raising the energy beyond the second node!
The pain assaulted his mind and it is more painful than before, he gritted his teeth so hard that it almost bleed!
'Just a little bit…!' Liam motivated himself and continued to pour more energy into it, the energy slowly spread from the nodes towards the 3rd node that is at the right side of the first node!
Liam felt his consciousness slowly slipping away but nonetheless, he bite his lip and the physical pain helped him to stay awake even though he felt that he should let go and just collapse so that he will be free from this suffering, the sharp pain from his lips helped him to stay awake, he continued to pour even more energy!
The energy is just a little distance from the third node, sweat trickle down Liam's face as he exert more power to push the energy to the third node!
'Yes! Just a little bit!' Liam shouted in his mind, even his thoughts are starting to become cloudy, he injected even more energy and he is just a little distance from touching the threshold of the third node!
"AHH!" With a loud shout, Liam pushed with all his might and the energy touch the entrance of the third node, it lit up but quickly dimmed nonetheless, a smile appeared on Liam's face as he knew that he has touch the threshold of the third node, it was all worth it!
Liam's eyes gradually turn blurry as he felt very tired mentally, he decided to let go of his resistance as it is futile, that is the most his little body could muster, his body dropped to the ground with a thud, he fell asleep.
"This boy is quite tenacious, not bad" A figure in the darkness said softly while glancing at the body that is sprawl on the ground and soundly sleeping.
Liam didn't notice he is sleeping outside but even if he did notice, he wouldn't mind it after all what can he do? He is beyond tired now!
The moonlight shone on his tired body that is soundly asleep, the shadow also disappears after taking one last glance at Liam, and Liam had no idea of what is happening, he is happily enjoying his sleep!
