Neva enters the bakery cafe, alongside the mystery man. Delicious fresh baked bread and a strong smell of coffee hitting her senses, a smile swimming over the lips.
She looks around and soon discovers a seat and dallies towards it. Her mystery man, trails along...
Neva gets seated on one of the table—nearby a window. Silently, she peers out at the idle city.
In the parallel of the bakery shop: was a cottage clothing and accessories shop.
The environment overall was so serene and homely. There were no tall skyscrapers or huge buildings, but this area she chose to live for some years had an aura—that of a small beautiful town.
Whereas, her persuer sits there leaning forward with his elbows propped up on the table, cradling his chin, he peers at her admiringly, deeply.
Neva engaged in perceiving and appreciating the lively town, refused the fortune to be conscious of his lingering eyes.
A waiter arrives at their table for orders, "What shall I get you ma'am?" A waiter arrived at their table for orders.
Neva tears her gaze away from the scenery she had her eyes glued on—and glances at the waiter.
"I'll get some crepes with chocolate and strawberry fillings please."
"Alright ma'am." The waiter nods, noting down the order, then he turns towards the man accross Neva.
"Sir what would you like?"
Mystery man, he says nothing. He's not in the earth.
Neva bites her lips, then exhales out exhaustingly. His eyes laced on her, refusing to untangle. "He asked you something."
He has been just pretending to not hear the waiter. Disrupted of his daydream, he glares at the waiter, threateningly. The waiter finds himself flinching.
'What's wrong with this guy?'
Waiter did nothing wrong, or did he?
Neva sits there baffled with an agaped mouth. "You want something to eat?"
"No money." He shamelessly replies.
'What was he doing here then? How does he live?' Wonders Neva and the waiter.
Neva have had enough. Guilty she looks at the waiter, "Please bring two crepes with chocolate and strawberry fillings."
Then she looks at the bizarre specie accross her. "Will you have that?" He nods his head, lips curling up in a smile, giddy from her affection.

On their way to the University, Neva and her Mystery man closed the distance with the latters much effort to have a conversation, with Neva—ending up with just her nagging to leave her alone.
As they attain the gate to the compound, densely packed students around, countless eyes on the two half couple at the entrance.
"We are parting now. Aren't we?" Neva tilts her head, connecting the sweet eyes.
"I guess we are." He returns with a soft smile.
"See you later, Neva." He pats her head, having her shrink a little at the warmth. They break apart their tangled eyes, he walks away, and she stands there, still. He fars—where her sight could not see clear. She creases her brows, touching her hair his hands caressed. 'Did he mess up my hair?'
She purses her lips, looking away, bewildered of her hollowed chest.
As she stands at the entrance of the lecture hall, she scans around, it was quite early for classes to begin, yet the seats were almost, already taken. At the endmost of the hallway, there she finally locates a seat.
She had yet to settle herself comfortably, when she heeds to presence near her, turning to face the person, within a span of a second, a girl with a medium length brown ponytailed hair sits next to her.
"Hi, nice to meet you I'm Emma." She introduces herself, adorning an alluring gummy smile—and a pair of cute dimples.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Neva." Neva returns, mirroring her smile.
"May I ask you a question?" Emma leans closer to her, curiosity brimming her eyes.
"Sure," Neva responds.
"Do you like Rhett?" Emma asks, her eyes prying in on her expressions.
"Huh? Oh...yeah I guess I like red," Neva muddled returns, her lean dark brows forming a frown.
Her eyes sparkles. "May I ask another?"
Neva nods, "Ask away."
"Is he your boyfriend?" Emma queries still.
"What?" Neva dumbfounded frowns.
'When did people start being in a relationship with colours?'
"Man~ the guy you were with. At the campus gate?" Emma explains, already warmed up to Neva.
The wires on her brain garners an electric shock. Her eyes widens, "His name's Red? As in the colour red?" Neva finds herself deeply astonished at the revealation.
Emma chuckles, "No, it's Rhett it spells R-H-E-T-T !!" She firmly spells, pressing strength in each of the letters. She then tilts her head and makes a confused face, "I guess?"
Neva nods, at the end, she could finally name her myster man. She couldn't help herself from inquiring more, asking, "How do you know him?"
"He owns a car maintenance workshop just some kilometres away, my boyfriend's an employee there." Emma gladly answers, still brimming with curiosity of their relationship standing.
"I see," Neva nods, appreciating the newfound knowledge about her mysterious man.
His name, actually is Rhett.
