As Aiden, Mai, and Jonathan dealt with their respective situations, Maya was at her front door imputing her security pin.

"Beep!"

The door opened with a mechanical beep prompting Maya to rush inside her home, during her assent to her apartment she had run into a neighbor and they spent a while chatting.

Maya wasn't ok, she felt her heart racing as soon as she got into her home, the fire in the pit of her stomach growing even more intense.

She had noticed this odd feeling when she was talking to her neighbor, and even then, her mind couldn't help but flash back to that enigmatic man.
