“He told you what happened before prom, not what happened during or after.”

“Yeah, but they told us what happened.” Tom beamed with a new different excitement. “You wouldn’t believe it.”

Sawyer smirked. “It was not exactly shocking that she would reject them, what could be so unbelievable? And if there was more, why didn’t Tate tell me?”
