I had been running for around three minutes or so, it was hard to try keep a mental note of my surroundings so I could use them to find my way back, but so long as I ran in a straight line it would be fine right? I kept running till I came across a large piece of building that was submerged into the road side. I climbed in through one of the broken windows and hid myself in the corner. I could hear the loud thudding approaching me, getting closer and closer the footsteps sending loud vibrations through the ground shaking the building around me. A sudden jerk threw me violently to the floor amongst the rubble and dirt. Bits and pieces of concrete began to crumble and soon enough a large dust cloud was produced. The dust clung to the inside of my lungs as I clenched my nose from the intoxicating smell of the concrete. I could feel the chalky substance setting in my hair, on my clothes on my skin just anywhere it could- until, it suddenly stopped.
