treasure in the lake...

before the dawn the whole cave was filled with qi this change make her awake she look at little venom direction saw his whole body covered in milky white mist around him his golden scale are shining brightly soon the milky white mist around him vanish as he enter 6th tier.

little venom open his eyes and saw her looking at him he realised that she is in 2nd stage of ensoulment which mean she had wait for him causing her to be late "master now I'm 6th tier beast I will help you to fight with the beast in the water"

she smile at him "I had no interest in gaining the treasure on my first try I want to go there and know how much strong I has become you don't worry even if we don't manage to win from the beast we will run away and go there when we are powerful enough" little venom nodded his head.

"yes you are right treasure are rare but life is more rare" she chuckle at him "now let's sleep we need to go tomorrow" both of them fall asleep when the dawn break out and sunlight hit her face she woke up and get ready.

"okay sixu we are going toward the lake make sure to take care of Zheng if we don't return then take him out from this forest okay" he has complicated look on his face but he didn't show it and nodded his head in understanding "Zheng I'm going okay don't do any mischief hmm"

with that both of them leave the cave and head toward the lake looking at the calm surface of water she take deep breath and slowly enter trying her best not to create much noises so she take a deep breath and dive under water she start swimming toward the depth of the lake.

soon the area around her start becoming darker she has create a shield with qi around her body to protect herself cause of this she can breath under water but this solution is temporary if she didn't came out in two hour she will suffocate herself to death she need to hurry up.

little venom is inside her contract space she will take him out when she will be in trouble when she reach more deeper in the water something attack her she quickly dodge the attack she can't use her fire attribute inside the water the only option she is left with is to fight with her wood, water, wind and earth.

she start fighting with creature her strength has been reduced by some degree so she has hard time dealing with the beast she take out little venom when he came out little light shown which make her to catch a glimpse of the beast it's a giant squid like creature attacking.

with the combine strength of both of them make the squid to have hard time but he still has upper hand against them for being one rank higher then her but she has slay beast from more higher rank then her she dodge his attack and cut one of his tentacles but his another tentacle grab her from behind which make it hard for her to escape.

now little venom is fighting alone in it just few moves he was in cut sorry figure she someone manage to grab her fallen sword and cut tentacles which was wrapped around her waist freeing herself from him she again join in fight with little venom the giant squid has lost lot of his tentacles he swim more deeper and blend himself with darkness as he start throwing water blade at them.

she also use her water blade infact she use all of her attributes with the help of wood attribute she tied his some tentacles which make her chance to attack at the squid but the squid it trying to break from the veins she has created she quickly swim closer to him but cause of darkness she was not able to kill the squid properly.

but this attack give him deep injury the squid has no option but to retreat when he was gone both sigh in relief with little venom showing direction they swim more deeper and stop infront of stone which has some ruin curved on it.

she start studying the ruin but even after sometime she don't know how to open this door "master the aura that is coming from behind this stone is quite similar to Zheng" she blink in confusion "master I mean maybe this treasure is somehow related to Zheng" she think for a sec before taking out a piece of cloth.

Few days ago Zheng has injured himself while playing do she use this cloth to stop the bleeding later she throw it inside her storage ring and has forget about it but now it seem to came handy in this situation she tie the cloth around her hand and press her hand against the circle like figure when Zheng blood touch the stone.

something weird happen the stone broke into two piece revealing a small narrow passage she follow the passage for sometimes before she manage to reach the surface of the water she cough when she came out from the water currently she is inside small underground cemetery like place.

she swim toward the shore and dry herself first before looking around the place the whole cemetery seem to be empty with nothing inside it she walk toward the big stone room which is the only structure in this cemetery she slowly walk inside and saw coffin made up of pure white jade in the middle of the room.

"master the treasure seem to be inside the coffin quickly open it I'm really curious about the treasure in this coffin"

"what if it is just a coffin with a person body inside it" little venom is stunt but he quickly spoke.

"master I can never sence wrongly this coffin surely has the treasure now quickly open it"

"but if it's treasure then why aren't someone protecting it that squid is not the guardian beast if this place their seem to be something more"
