A box?

That was the cue for the first class, everyone is excited because it's valentines day except for Shin because he doesn't believe in such things like love and he feels all cringe about it. It's not that he doesn't receive anything on valentines day sometimes his locker would be full of chocolates and confession letters like today.

"Ugh" a groan can be heard from Shin after seeing his locker full of chocolates and letters but something caught his eyes"Huh? What's this? A box? " the box was shaped in heart colored in brown with red in outline and seems like ancient carvings and certainly for valentines. "What's this, chocolate? I've never seen something like this" At first he didn't mind it but he put it inside of his bag planning to check on it later.

And finally, the final class ended. Everyone is excited to go home and open the letters they received, but shin is not excited at all it's like he doesn't want to go home. 'I hope he's not back home yet, it's been an exhausting day i just want to go to bed' thought of Shin. He arrived at home thanking the heavens because he's father hadn't arrived yet. He certainly doesn't have a great bond with his father. After his mother died in an accident his father just gave his life to work and didn't care anymore about his son nor did he care about its existence.So he hated his father to guts.

After dragging his feet to his bedroom he suddenly remembered the heart shaped box, after lazily reaching for it in his bag on the floor he took out the box and stared at it. He opened it expecting to see a chocolate, but to his surprise the only thing he saw was a folded note 'Probably another confession letter' he thought but when he unfolded the paper the only thing written in there is "I don't know who you are but i wanted a friend so can we be friends? "

"Huh? "

'Who would put this in someone's locker and don't know who's locker it is? ' he thought.

'Is this a prank?' normal people would just ignore this but Shin is curious about it so he wrote "Yeah sure I'll be your friend" feeling stupid he wanted to erase it but his curious part is stronger than him. He put the lid back and left it alone for a few minutes. 'I'm hungry, should i buy some cup noodles but I'm too lazy' after deciding whether he should buy cup noodles or not. Suddenly a rummage can be heard from the box. Shin suddenly jumped, feeling scared and shocked when he saw the box moving.

After a while the box stopped moving, Shin being curious and scared about what was going on, so he grabbed the box and slowly opened it but to his surprise he didn't see anything wrong just another letter and what was written in the paper got him super curious.
