"Sushi Go!" That is designed by Phil Walker-Harding and have its card drawn by Nan Rangsima, Tobias Schweiger, and Phil Walker-Harding himself takes the card-drafting mechanism of other card games such as "Fairy Tale" and "7 Wonders" and distills it into a twenty-minute game that anyone can play.

The dynamics of "draft and pass" are brought to the fore, while keeping the rules simplified to a minimum, even an elementary schooler can quickly understand it.

As we see the first few hands of our cards, we must quickly assess the make-up of the round and decide which type of sushi you'll go for.

Then on each turn, we will need to weigh which cards to be kept and which card that is safe to be passed on to other players.

The different scoring combinations allow for some clever plays and nasty blocks.

As we play in slower pace than normal since I need to teach the girls about the gameplay while we're playing, the game reached the end with me obviously being the winner, Chikane in the second place and Kiseki being in the third place, she still looks so happy playing the games with all those cute foods pictured in the Cards.
