Chapter 70
Gideon's initial plan of trying to make things less awkward seems to have backfired because the two men in front of him started arguing instead. After hearing Amias' refute to his statement, Damien lets out a scoff.
"I was only expressing my opinion, Amias"
"Oh is that so? did I ask for it?"
"What's fucking wrong with you?!"
"I should ask the same thing!"
The two continued to argue and Gideon felt skittish. He felt like he might have been the one who triggered this. But Kaiden suddenly tapped his hand and it surprised him. He looked at Kaiden who had a look of concern.
"Hey, you alright?"
"n-no? can't you do anything about those two?" Gideon pointed to Amias and Damien who were still yelling at each other and bringing up past issues.
