Hell (End)

Lilith knelt down and spoke respectfully:

"It is an honor for me that you know my name."

Charles looked at this attitude and spoke:

"Hell seems to treat me very friendly...don't you know that I came all this way to kill you all?"

Lilith raised her head and looked into Charles' eyes and said:

"Before we start the war, our ruler wants to talk to you."

Charles was thoughtful for a few moments and replied:

"Hm... all right, a conversation shouldn't kill anyone."

Lilith was impressed that Darkness had accepted but hid it perfectly and said as she stood up:

"Thank you for accepting, follow me, I will escort you to my lord."

Lilith, Charles and Daniel, began walking between the hallway that was surrounded by demons.

As they walked, Daniel asked:

"Master, who exactly are you?"

Just as Charles was about to speak, Lilith replied in a calm tone:

"Your master to humans, to gods, demons, angels, archangels and to most, he is the most dangerous being in the world."

Daniel was shocked by this and asked:

"Are you afraid of him?"

Lilith was shocked by Daniel's dumb question, but answered anyway:

"What rational being, would not fear the darkness of the apocalypse?"

(Darkness represents the beginning and the end of everything, even the apocalypse, has a beginning and an end. Think of the apocalypse as a show full of bright lights, but as time goes on, the show is over, resulting in the lights dimming, until finally all the lights go out and all that is left is darkness. When only darkness remains, it means the world is over. 'Darkness of the apocalypse')

Charles was enjoying the conversation, but thought Daniel was asking too many questions, so he told him:

"Enough questions, let's find lucifer soon."

Daniel was happy to hear that his master, was someone of this caliber, but he refrained from saying anything and kept that feeling to himself.

They walked in silence for a few minutes until they finally came out of the forest and the sight that could be seen outside, was something incredible.

A large black castle could be seen. Charles who already knew of the existence of this castle, thanks to the information in the novel, mentally said:

'This is the castle where the devil resides.'

Lilith turned to the two and said:

"Welcome to the castle of Gehenna".

Daniel was surprised that there was a castle in Hell, but he didn't ask anything.

Lilith started walking into the castle as she said:

"My lord is waiting for us."

Charles and Daniel nodded and followed Lilith back into the castle.

After a long time of walking through the castle, they stopped in front of a luxurious door in a hallway.

Lilith looked at Charles in private and said:

"We have arrived."

Charles did not respond to her and immediately put his hand on the doorknob to open the door.

But when he turned the knob, the door opened by itself and they heard a voice from inside the room.

"Come in."

Daniel was a little unsure, but Charles immediately entered the room.

Lilith and Daniel followed Charles and as they entered the room, they saw a man in a luxurious suit sitting at a table while drinking tea.

Lucifer looked at Charles and said:

"It's been a long time, Uncle."

Charles actually felt disgust as he remembered which 'Family' he belonged to, but he suppressed that feeling and replied:

"I heard that you wanted to talk to me before we fought."

Lucifer drank his tea and said:

"You've changed a lot... The darkness I know, would never have accepted this conversation."

Charles walked over and sat down opposite Lucifer and said:

"I think being locked up has made me someone calm."

Lucifer smiled and spoke to lilith:

"Serve it."

Lilith quickly began pouring tea into a cup that was in front of Charles.

Lucifer looked at a standing human who looked like a mutated angel and asked:

"Is that your servant?"

Charles sipped his tea and replied:

"Yes..."

Lucifer looked intently at Daniel and said impressed:

"Facinating... Did you create him yourself?"

"No, I just enhanced it."

Lucifer looked at Charles and reflected:

'The darkness is not like it used to be... He never wanted anyone to accompany him, as he killed everything that had life.'

Charles finished his tea and spoke in a serious tone:

"What do you want to talk to me about? Lucifer."

"Straight to the point then..."

Lucifer finished his tea and said seriously:

"I know what you want, so why don't we negotiate?"

Charles spoke while mocking:

"You want to negotiate with me? If you already know what I want, then why don't I take it from you by force?"

"Don't try to play tough guy, I know you are about to explode, Cain's body doesn't seem to be able to handle your power and the more power you use, the faster the body will explode."

"Hm, that's true, but I can still expend enough power to kill you, without exploding."

Lucifer smiled and said:

"I put the same seals that the creator put on me, on my son, and I put a bomb on his body, meaning that the moment I want, I can kill him with a single thought, and if you don't use my son as an intermediary to manifest, you will be trapped again forever."

Charles stood reflecting for a while and asked:

"What do you want to negotiate then?"

Lucifer snapped his fingers and a broken blade appeared floating on the table.

Charles looked at that blade and said:

"The hand of God..."

"Yes, I will give you this blade, but on one condition."

Charles asked in doubt:

"What?"

"I want you to kill the creator."

Charles thought for a while and then said as he reached out his hand for the blade:

"Very well, then give it to me."

Lucifer pulled the blade towards him preventing Charles from taking it and said:

"We are beings that have more authority than a covenant, which means that even if we made it one, we could easily break them."

Charles leaned back in his chair annoyed and said:

"Okay, I know that, so do you want any guarantee that I will keep my end of the bargain?"

"Not necessarily, since if you don't comply, I will kill the boy and you will be arrested again."

Charles gave Lucifer a dangerous look and said:

"And if I kill the creator, you could easily betray me and kill the boy, resulting in my imprisonment and hell, earth and paradise will be yours."

Lucifer laughed and spoke:

"Haha, are you afraid I will betray you? You have really changed, darkness."

Charles was not happy, but if he took the other part of God's hand and gave it to Brian, he would be able to defeat the asura and Charles would finally be free.

Charles took a deep breath and said:

"I will kill the creator, but I want one more thing in return."

Lucifer asked curiously:

"What do you want?"

Charles smiled and replied:

"I want to know how to break the seals you put on Thomas."

Lucifer didn't like his request, but decided to accept it anyway:

"Okay, so do we have a deal?"

Lucifer stood up and held out his hand, Charles did the same and when he shook Lucifer's hand, he said:

"We have a deal."

The two most dangerous beings in the universe, the devil and darkness, just made a deal.
