"Hey, what the fuck are you doing? Stop touching my body," shouted the young lady in an annoyed tone.

"Oh, your voice is very sharp and seductive," Kael teased while pinching her waist.

Swoosh...

"Hey, you think I will let you break my balls? Don't even think about it," Kael clutched her leg between his legs.

"Idiot, pervert!" shouted the young lady.

"Hmm, whatever. Let me see your face." Kael moved close to her face. She tried to headbutt him, but his head was like a steel plate. She felt dizzy after hitting his head with hers.

Kael moved his face close to hers and bit the cloth covering her face, pulling it away.

"Oh," Kael was taken aback after seeing her face.

Just like his past self, she had a disfigured face; there wasn't any flesh left on her right cheek.

She thought she would see a disgusting and repulsive look on his face, but instead, teardrops slowly slid down from his eyes. His past life flashed before his eyes.

He reached out his hand to gently caress her disfigured cheek. Her body shook violently as she freed herself from his grip and ran away at lightning speed.

"She is also hurt, not outside but inside, just like me," Kael murmured while looking at the disappearing figure of the young lady.

Meanwhile, at the Mutagenic Laboratory...

Whoop, whoop, whoop...

"Sir Zerk, Subject No. 1 failed the test. We need further instructions from you to test Subject No. 1 again," said the assistant scientist with an anxious look on his face.

Inside the glass pod...

"Mother, where are you? It feels so lonely here, and these bad guys keep injecting different kinds of fluids into my body. Every time they inject, it hurts so badly," the teenage girl murmured while hovering inside the glass pod.

Suddenly, the teenage girl felt her body changing rapidly. An immense amount of pressure began releasing from her body. Cracks started to appear on the glass pod, spreading like spider webs.

Crack... Crack...

Boom...

The glass pod shattered, and glass pieces flew across the room, piercing many assistant scientists who died on the spot. The teenage girl slowly crawled out of the slimy substance covering her.

"Argh..."

The teenage girl screamed painfully as her body twisted on the floor, her bones cracking, and her skin and muscles tearing. Blood seeped out of her body. The remaining scientists were petrified, unable to process what was happening.

"Argh..."

Her screams echoed throughout the laboratory for hours. It was a living nightmare for the scientists witnessing the scene.

Finally, everything stopped, and the teenage girl suddenly stood up, her hair falling over her face, her naked body drenched in blood. She was a few feet taller, her body more curved and mature. She looked like a completely different person, shocking the scientists with her transformation.

She moved at lightning speed, killing every scientist she saw, and escaped the Mutagenic Laboratory. However, the people behind the laboratory immediately sent a group of mutants after her.

She fought with them while running away. It was a tough battle, but she managed to kill more than four mutants, each as strong as a level 2 zombie leader. Despite killing the mutants, she was gravely injured in the battle.

[Few life signs are getting close to host]

"Life signs?" Kael furrowed his brows and looked at the mini scanner.

"Oh, 1, 2, 3... Total 6 life signs? What the hell are they doing here?" Kael signaled the zombie leaders to hide somewhere and moved towards the life signs at full speed.

He reached the top of one of the buildings and looked in the direction of the life signs. A teenage girl, now with an adult body, was fiercely fighting with the mutants. Injuries covered her body, and the mutants chasing and fighting her were also in bad condition.

She screamed angrily, increasing the intensity of her attacks.

"What the fuck? But wait, why does that well-developed young lady look so familiar to me? Whatever, since she looks familiar, it means I know her somehow. If I know her, I won't let her die at the hands of those mutants," Kael murmured and moved towards the battle area at lightning speed.

A mutant found a blind spot and nearly attacked her vital part, but Kael defended her at the right moment, preventing the attack from reaching her.

The transformed teenage girl looked at the back of the guy who appeared behind her and muttered blankly, "Mother..."

Kael knew there were five mutants as strong as level 2 zombie leaders. Since it was going to be a tough and life-threatening fight, he didn't think twice. He immediately reached out his hand, grabbed the transformed teenage girl, and escaped from that place.
