Abusing Power

The Insectoid Army was vast, infiltrating every corner of the Fritillaria Galaxy's borders. The Alliance, left with no choice, had to stretch and extend their frontline, creating a sparse battlefield. Mechas and warships were spread thin, and soldiers found themselves with considerable space in between them.

Take Tuss, for example. He had over a thousand meters of emptiness on either side before another mecha.

"He's an SSS-tier alpha, after all. He should be able to handle this thousand-meter stretch, right?" One soldier asked uncertainly as he fired his cannon at the approaching insectoids, consulting his comrade in arms.

"Let's wait and see. We'll provide backup if needed. He might be an SSS-tier alpha, but remember, he's still a sophomore. Besides, it's not about the pheromone now; it's about the proficiency of controlling the mecha," responded another soldier.
