His strength, speed and charm had surprisingly increased after reaching level 64, but he wasn't close to another major evolution. From what Thundra told him, apart from the minor upgrades and skill acquisition, the next major evolution would be when he reached Level 100.
With his growth rate, that wouldn't be too far to reach unless he runs of of enemies to beat up. That reminds him of the annoying Roy and his gang currently enjoying himself at the mutant highschool in the mutant base.
Those are guys that really need to be beaten up by this boss!
