Chapter 11

Aether was sitting on his seat listening to the teacher, he sighed feeling bored. That's when he decided to look outside the window which is beside his seat. He saw that some students were learning magic outside, and he was observing them.

Aether's Pov

I was looking at the students outside who were learning magic.. I was amazed as I saw them taking turns in showing their powers.. I sighed as I went back to listening to my teacher because she might caught me not listening to her.

I was back at home after a boring day, as usual, nothing special happened today.. maybe I should just-

"BANG!"

I flinched when I heard a loud noise coming from downstairs, I then started hearing screams, I was scared so I had no choice but to find a place to hide. I quickly grabbed the book with a person inside it and my gemstone, I then ran towards the other side of my room, a big clothing place. I quickly hid inside a wardrobe, I was too scared to make a sound, I was sweating so badly too.. I'm curious yet scared of what's happening but my instincts tell me to not move or make any noise.

About some minutes later, it was quiet, there was no screaming anymore. All there is silence. I wanted to move but my body still wouldn't move.. that's when I heard the door to my room start Opening so slowly.. it was terrifying knowing the fact that I don't know what's out there.. I can hear the footsteps getting closer and closer, I'm so scared that I feel like I'm gonna pee in my pants. Shit shit shit.. I can feel it, his presence, standing right in front of the wardrobe I was hiding in.
